Whilst it’s sad that she died, Ebonyhamster could be frustrating. I believe she was morbidly obese and had other health issues, people would give her advice about healthy living and whatnot.

You could literally write a ten paragraph guide to her and she would just reply with “No”.

What actually killed her?
A thread on DS suggests it was a pulmonary embolism

Oh my god Lost Pigeon! All his posts would end with ‘coo coo’
People who sign off posts on things without a dedicated signature feature piss me off to no end. A little 'xx' is fine but not '~Emily (and by the way, I'm a 14 5/6ths-year-old girl)' and tit like that.
Some who passed on -

WonkyDonkey - Died from Cancer
Uncle Fester - Not confirmed, but he most likely passed due to him being in his 80s.
Cessna - Stopped posting in 2021. He was in his 90's I think, so it's most likely that he's passed.
Ebony Hamster - Died from blood clots.
Dan's Dad (Dan is his dog btw) was involved in post-war BBC preparations and stopped posting after 2022. I think he's gone on.

Oh the age-old "my doctor hates me because she said my issues are to do with my weight even though she's a doctor and knows about ruling out the most common cause of my issue".

LostPigeon had a Youtube channel that consisted of him wandering round repeating himself at tourist attractions. It's all gone now.

I thought I saw him in a club in Manchester once, but LP's name was Peter and this guy was called something else.

Massive airheadwith not a singlegood thought between her ears. I think she was the one who wanted to be passed around “Like a bowl of chips” by blokes.

I saw one of his videos once. iirc… he was on vacation somewhere and there was a middle aged, a bit large, blonde belly dancer. He (Pigeon) had long hair in a ponytail and was quite nerdy, and had a sort of high pitched voice. A bit like Joe Pasquale, though not as extreme.

Having two accounts is one thing, but using them both to stage fake “arguments” is something else entirely.
Did he ever explain why he did it?

I will always remember Sierra Mist. He was originally HR Guru and branded himself as a Brexit "expert" with all sorts of inside information which was always wrong. He embarrassed himself too many times and got a name change to Sierra Mist and rebranded himself as a Covid "expert" with graphs which nobody really understood, a terrible doom and gloom attitude to it all and again predictions which would never come true. He would disappear when things started to improve but would be back in heartbeat if they went the other way.

He was another one who had a second account, I can't remember what the name was, but this account would appear when Mist was getting a hard time and back him up in arguments. Someone who used to post on the old DS threads here spotted it when Mist replied in his usual style, but on the second account. He quickly edited it and sorted it and I'm sure the poster that noticed it got banned for speaking about it. Mist later spat the dummy out and got his account deleted when General Discussion closed.

No, never! Weirdos will never explain anything cos they’re just too…well…weird! I know, it’s absolutely baffling as to why someone would do that.

People mostly don't explain things like that. I've mentioned a couple of times the whole riolu incident in the Trackmania¹, where a guy got caught cheating at a game and supposedly disappeared from the community, but it turned out he had like 15 accounts or something, plus a load of others on Reddit and YouTube that he was trolling or causing drama with.

¹which is a racing game.

Sounds like autism. I mean the actual condition, I'm not using that as a substitute for the r word.

OMG I remember him. I think a few people clicked that he was using another log in.

There was also a poster who appeared in the soap section with Janet in her name somewhere. She claimed to have the backings from the mods to "clean the place up a bit" or something like that. She managed to get a fair few posters banned for very little. She had a very aggressive style of posting and she didn't hang around long. She said something like her job was done, before never posting again or the account was deleted. Oddly enough it was very soon after that the dreaded Tanya appeared, with the same posting style and banning powers. I often wondered if the two posters were connected.

Does sound a bit strange.

I only really posted in the Showbiz section of DS, plus a bit in the general discussion and a few posts in the Broadcasting forum, mostly arguing with people about the BBC :ROFLMAO:

Yep, he was young, with long brown hair which he wore in a ponytail. Quite a high, nasal voice. Southern UK accent.
His other account was LP Robinson, which may or may not have been the same person who started loads of arguments about immigration and other random stuff using the same username, but spelled differently. The original LP Robinson was a reincarnation of JemimaPudleduck, who was similar but more unhinged and got banned, I think.

Does anyone remember Ryan Abbott... a more recent poster. He posted quite a lot. He then changed his username to something more anonymous, before disappearing one day.
He was gay and always talking about the celebs and soap stars he fancied. He had a thing for Martin Fowler off EastEnders.
He used to post photos of himself too.
He seemed to have a troubled life, I think he was a carer for his mum who suffered from depression, and they had up sticks and move away after he was held at knifepoint by a neighbour.

There was also that person on the General Discussion.. Enzo something...? who would asks dull questions all the time such as "which toilet roll do you buy?". I thought he was harmless, but a lot of other posters were horrible to him.

There seems to be a lot of miserable old men on the Broadcasting and Radio/Podcast sub forums.

There's a few strange people on the Soap forums.
Mo Mouse? Always talking about their wife/partner called Geraldine? Is Geraldine a figment of their imagination?
Purves Grundy is pretty funny.
JB is an odd one... had a thing for Lauren from EastEnders and called her "My Lauren".
Styker on the Classic EastEnders thread.
The guy that said Jay in EastEnders should be gang grape.
Pmson21 who said that Roy and Barry Evans should've been lovers, rather than father and son.
There was a person who made a thread a while ago calling everyone on the forum bleeps, and seemed to target Scrabbler in particular for being cliquey.

There are two posters I can think of who have a high post count, but don't say much of substances. They usually just comment things like "definitely" and "totally agree". Don't want to name them incase they have some vulnerabilities.
