Eek, caught within the fallout radius  now I have to go and check what I said

...panic over, it was a description of a fabulously complete and healthy set of toast/toppings
We shouldn't ignore the bread used for the toast as this affects what can go on it. As a general rule I try to avoid the stuff with cat gravel on top.

This mornings toast was the hand knitted tomato sourdough bread with peanut butter and marmite.

The day before yesterday was the farmhouse ancient grains sunflower honey roast loaf, with peanut butter and marmite and apricot jam.

All the essentials on a single slice

Oh boy Sam the incel, with his psychotic meat, travel, money, family mantra, despite spending his days and nights spaffing off in his parents' basement with the curtains shut. Hope he's off the Andrew Tate worship, what with those two recently sentenced girl and women rapist/murderers.
The last I read of Sam, a few years ago, he was at university. He did finally have a girlfriend at one point but blew it by attacking her when she didn't want to go on holiday with him, the idea of going on holiday with a girlfriend being one of his fixations.

I could never understand why that full-of-tit 1982 person was allowed to say and do whatever, and then get everyone banned as a result. But when others mentioned she/he/it could’ve been a secret moderator, I think that could be the only logical explanation.

A random memory, I remember I made a passing comment about Balmain jackets, not in direct response to anyone in particular (in a thread about someone hoarding pasta and rice in their house during Covid19 period) and - lo and behold - 1982 just HAD to mention she/he/it had one (or at least one). It was one of many ‘🎶anything you can do, I can do better🎶’ type moments from that utter fantasist 😂

edit: oh, and don’t forget 1982 was a successful model too! 😂
Ah yes, my favourite fantasist! I was one of the people she had banned. I look in on DS every once in a while and it looks like she/he's still at it.

Night market as far as I know they are still together.
Met (on DS) and know them. Lovely couple. Gillypanda helped me out no end when my dad died, back in 2009. In person as well as online. I came over to Tattle when DS GD died (and for the Phillip Schofield gossip). Was getting sick of the point scoring and tribal rivaries on there, anyway. Enjoy Tattle much more.

There was a thread on DS too about ghosts and supernatural stuff. I have no idea what the posters name was but they kept posting the most outrageous stories. If this was now I would have been convinced that got ChatGPT to write them 😂
That was Tara(maybe some numbers)

Who was the one that had a ridiculously high post count to the point that it was a source of humour on DS ?

I have never been a believer that Tanya was real as when "she" first arrived it took a bit of time for her to get her life story sorted out. Sometimes she had two kids, sometimes one and she was also sometimes divorced and sometimes a widow from the same guy, but at one time said she never married. Get it right!

One poster I always remember was MartyM8. They posted in the Politics section and normally put a different view across.

Another is Greg Richards. He completely fabricated his whole life and I think he eventually outed himself as a fraudster.

There used to be Bigfeet as well. Always posting links to BBC news, and would occasionally start going on about her nieces doing cartwheels on her lawn. She stopped posting really abruptly, apart from the odd post where it was obvious she'd logged in on the wrong account. Very odd.

It’s mad how different forums create different users. I think here we are all straight to the point, but DS used to have made up personas.

It was like an alternate reality at times!

Current post count is 1.3m
That's a mental illness.

Admittedly, I've been active on multiple forums across the last 27 years many of which no longer exist. Curious how many posts I've made in that time, how many words I've written etc

Sometimes I wish I could read my old posts on old gaming forums etc. Half the fun of playing online vs people was the flame wars that followed on the forums lmao

Does anyone remember The Wizard ? He was like a male Hyacinth Bouquet and would tut and moan at the slightest thing that he deemed to be ''Beneath him''.

His last post was about him taking on a Pub I think.

Terrence Chant? He’s always in the music games room. Current post count is 1.3m
He joined 24th July 2005. Google says that was 7172 days ago.

That's an average of 191 posts a day, or 7 posts an hour (should he be posting 24 hrs a day)
