Hey, im just telling you what I know. It was first degree sexual assault. He wasn't charged with grape or sodomy. Im assuming it comes down to burden of proof at the end.

I don't know the details of the grape charge....but I did find Tupac to be extremely talented. Iv always said that if he was alive today I reckon he could have been a good enough actor to receive an academy award eventually. His performance in Juice was outstanding and I felt he out performed them all. His writing was excellent too- you only have to listen to Changes, Brenda's got a baby, keep your head up to see how his lyrics could really reach people.many people who spent time with him said he had a real charisma about him.Talking of Tupac, anyone ever seen the old high school footage of Tupac? Obviously he was no angel- but the environment he was born into was tough. His young life was surrounded with poverty and drugs, but I do think him and his mum were really intelligent and deeply inquisitive. I think they were both creative people and free thinkers that had a lot to say.. His mum was actually in the black panthers and spent time in jail because of it.
I think Tupac was passionate, super talented and deep.....all the things diddy isn't.
I find it so sad that Tupac left us so early. Yeh he could be a jerk, and if those grape allegations are true then it does change things- but I really think Tupac had a lot to give to this world and I think if he had the chance to grow old and mellow a little I really think he would have done alot of good in the world.

I agree with this. I'm a huge Tupac fan although I obviously don't like the allegations. Well they aren't allegations he went to prison for it. So yeah he's a abuser. And I hate saying that. His words though ... The man was clever and articulate and everything that diddy isn't.
That was a very eye opening moment for me. What an absolute piece of tit. And the charges to his acts for using his studio and getting him to appear in their videos.
I’ve got one more episode to watch and I’ve found it a fascinating insight into the industry and Diddy himself. I have no doubt what happened to these people who have launched civil suits did indeed happen. I felt for Cassie in particular. That hotel footage is harrowing.
I don't understand how the men involved blame Cassie. They were all scared of him, of loosing their jobs, even the sex workers were scared to stand up to him when he would be violent towards her. Think of everything they all know who were in his circle and her. Leaving isn't easy for any person to do never mind when they hold so much power in the industry, and law inforcement. It goes all the way back with Tupac and Biggie and thats what we know of, imagine all the stuff we don't know. So again leaving isn't straight forward and a lot of things everyone participated in was to tame him or keep him happy or else, and people that have been speaking up for years were shunned and told to shut up and were seen as being bitter. Diddy has ruined a lot whether business/jobs/careers for people or abused on so many levels. The fact he has robbed people of so much money and not compensated or anything yet hes on ridiculous amounts of money, and then with the abuse how do you look at yourself or feel okay. I still would love to know how he got away with the shooting in the studio as it still makes no sense. Is the Keefe D trial this year? And then his children's documentary has been announced. I wonder what he will do when he comes out? - to save face maybe alcohol, drugs, abuse related but how sincere? Just so sad overall.
I was most aghast at the two jurors that were interviewed in the documentary. That Capricorn woman, her story about how she was basically kidnapped by him and threatened was so emotional - I thought she was completely credible. But the juror laughed at her 'ridiculous' story.
