anyone else find it weird that a woman who is 40 gets excited every-time asos do a discount. This was me and my friends when were around 20. I find it really sad.

I agree with her here - you can voice an opinion but to voice negative opinions on someone’s video about someone’s appearance and how they look is downright mean.

I would completely agree if someone was having a go about her actual appearance, but she said it’s comments about what she’s wearing. Perhaps I’ve misinterpreted but to me, it’s fine to criticise her outfit choices (providing it’s not “you shouldn’t wear that skirt because you’re fat” etc) because she is putting herself out there as a fashion influencer.

We’ve seen how defensive she gets when anyone disagrees with her on something or questions her (like the sustainability thing) so I expect she’d infer that people were being mean even if they were just expressing a difference in opinion.

But I haven’t seen the comments and can’t bring myself to join TikTok

EDIT - just used my colleagues TikTok to see the comments. I’m assuming it’s the get ready with me one. One lady says that the leggings are too light in colour and show “lower stomach” so she needs a longer top - I think there’s a bit of a language barrier and she’s trying to say the fanny area is exposed but Leah has taken it to mean she’s insulting her body. I don’t think she is personally but I could be wrong. Another comment asks why she’s put a video on of her getting dressed - no mention of her appearance. Perhaps she does get a lot of shit off people and now expects it, but I think these examples were taken the wrong way!

This is always my issue with her, she just comes across so rude all the time. Don’t tell everyone every tiny thing that comes in to your mind if you don’t want people to respond. Also, every time someone responds to you your interactions go up so what are you moaning about??

She got really nasty and defensive a few months ago when a follower asked her if she would consider being a cruelty free influencer. Also when someone asked her what it's like living in Crawley. Both looked like genuine questions but she REALLY didn't like it!

I wonder how much longer she'll keep the dog for.

I don’t know what it is, but the facial expression with sunglasses (or lack of in most cases) really annoy me in these videos. It’s like she is trying so hard to look cool.

I don’t know why she keeps wearing sunglasses inside. She just looks like Stevie wonder.

It’s embarrassing how desperate she is for an inthestyle collab. Always begging her followers to tag her to them and now these stories saying she’s had loads of messages that people want to see it so cringey. No one knows who she is, why would she get a fashion collab?

Not only that, but as someone who sees herself as quite fashionable, why would she want to collaborate with ITS which shills the absolute cheapest, low quality, sweat shop tat?!!

It's hardly an achievement getting an ITS collaboration anyway - it's always on sale within a couple of weeks, when they move on to the next 'influencer'.

Omg her air fryer chat. She is 40 years old. How can she not use her own judgment to cook a chicken breast. How can you get to this age and not know how to cook or even be able to experiment until you get it right?!

The fact she says she needs something that clearly explains every step says it all really.if she researched she’d know air fryers need a bit of experimentation at first as they all have different settings and modes. Plus,‘it’s cooking, it needs improvisation and tweaking. She got the air fryer because she thought it was a lazier, fool-proof way to cook.

“Don’t message and say that I look fine as I won’t listen to you” I.e. You will still boost my ego and engagement though by telling me how wonderful I am.
Also didn’t understand the reference to looking like a drag queen. If she is implying that she has overdone it with the makeup and fake tan, then that is no different to any other time she goes out, or even films her clothing reels.

It’s misleading for her followers too, the people she openly admits to ‘influencing’ who’ll be thinking spending inordinate amounts on mass produced, cheap clothes is the done thing. It’s feeding into the current Klarna / Clearpay pandemic during an already debilitating cost of living crisis

Annoyed by today’s H&M haul buy her saying ‘but I won’t be able to keep it all’ - so she orders this stuff KNOWING she’ll be sending it half back. So she uses it for content, and is happy to keep ordering and returning stuff with no concern about her carbon footprint.

I will never understand the need to fake tan as much as Leah does in the middle of winter. She literally looks like she has just finished a shift of working down a coal mine all day. That or smothered herself in sh*t.

Half of it was probably in that large box she had on her stories that could be too return via the post office or whatever it was the other day.
She really is so desperate for likes and validation from strangers. It is quite sad really. She doesn’t seem to have much else going on in her life but posting content of her in either new clothes or very minimal clothes/underwear.

you’re right, she really doesn’t seem to have much going on in her life (but still thinks her life is brag worthy). It’s weird to me how she made a story about the size of the parcel being accepted. A normal person would just go to the post office and find out? Not make content out of it and ask thousands of strangers. She’s literally already sat in the car.
