Yes I think you're right - bit too gym-y for me. It's ironic really but because I'm always in the gym I want something as non-exercisey as possible! There's a real lack of options in this rather niche category I think.

Is it best to call Prada & check if they have your shoe size so you don’t make a wasted trip ?

I do need a trip to Bicester. I am in need of a winter coats or puffer/ padded jackets. I don’t want to pay full price for one as I’m pregnant. I don’t see the point in paying full price if it’s for a brief period.

I have a felicie too but also don't like the gold chain much. I have a dupe unbranded vachetta leather strap from etsy at the moment but thinking to buy a suitable strap as well. Love yours!

Agreed it doesn't fit much. Not a flexible bag. Actually want the pochette accessoires now

I stalked the pochette accessoires for a few days and then realised it was never going to show as in stock
I love the pochette metis but cannot justify the price, especially since it’s a few hundred more than when I first had my eye on it

Does anyone have a Marc Jacobs tote bag (the one that has 'the tote bag' printed on it)?
I've been eyeing the small beige one as it seems a perfect medium size bag that's not that expensive, but I'm wondering if the quality is good and if it will be worth it to purchase

I have it, I got the small black one from TK Maxx!! It was £100. It’s good quality but I’ve still not made my mind whether to keep it or not yet.

I’ve kept off these threads forever as I didn’t want to go on a splurge. But, does anyone have phases where they go months without buying anything then spend a small fortune? I’ve just purchased my AW wardrobe but, couldn’t see any bags that are great for everyday wear. Does anyone have any recommendations, I would like one for everyday and then a nice Christmassy one!

I had a full vachetta replacement and it took about 3 months as they sent the bag to France but it was also mid-covid lockdown. Id always use LV as first port of call though

Black lambskin, gold hardware ideally 🥲 I suppose it will make it that bit more special if I do ever get hold of one! I did browse pre loved but no real luck there either or they were more expensive than new!! But I guess this is why! X

It's a gucci marmont. I think I'd like outright? Just want more than I paid for it and I've seen one on ebay sell just before new year around £900 (I paid £500 second hand). Just need to free up some cash for a business and I LOVE my other gucci bag far too much to let that go

I have bought a Gucci belt in a 90 and I’m a size 10. This means I can wear it as a belt on jeans. I bought a proper belt hole maker and made a couple of holes in it so I could also wear it on my waist. I’ve also got another Gucci one in 85 which is smaller but also fits. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I haven’t decided yet either. If I went for a proper changing bag- I was originally thinking of the fendi one but my sister in law has it so now I no longer want that I have seen the Dior one but I’m not too keen on that either.

I considered a chanel deauville but realised that may be really ridiculous of me as it’s double the price of a baby bag and the handles will probably get trashed as I know I’ll probably be hanging it on a pushchair the majority of the time The upside is if it doesn’t get trashed then it is a bag that I will use quite a bit afterwards. It’s such a tough decision. X

I don’t mind the fendi one. I had the Gucci one with my youngest but I hate it now . I think if you already have a bag you could use use that and then surely you can treat yourself to a new one?.

Same, I love it, but it is a trend piece and it’s already been out quite a while. But if someone was going to give me one for free I would bite their hand off

Braved Manchester today, nowhere near as busy as I expected. Got a ysl mini wallet £100 off from selfridges which I’m very happy about. Sales wise there wasn’t much there that caught my eye, givenchy did have a couple of bags with big discounts. Shoes wise there must have been about 50 pairs of McQueen trainers discounted but I’d definitely say more teenager style, think all over pink sequins. Couldn’t get into Chanel, appt only again and I could see they had a few pairs of dad sandals on display which I’d love for the summer does anyone know how you even go about getting an appointment? Could have bought about 10 bags in saint laurent everything in there was just so nice

You’re supposed to be able to book Chanel appointments online but it never worked for me. Sorry that’s not much help lol
