Page 7 in the Daily Star today. It can only be him. What's being said fits and this coming out at this moment is a sign I reckon.
These are not good books though. They’re really badly written, rely on lazy stereotypes and cruel humour. Just horrible to read aloud. There are lots of really good children’s authors - even some other celebrities. In fairness there is a real problem, particularly in boys, to get them to engage and enjoy reading so good children's books are needed desperately. That being said I personally would never buy one of his books. My niece used to love his books and it took all my willpower not to say anything about DW.
I do agree but find it odd Lucas tried to gag him? (In the press!)not condoning anything ML may have done, but that young man seemed quite unstable and the “evidence” of his voicemails was nothing incriminating that I could hear, many others said the same.
I think he tried to gag him because he was determined to smear his name and the press would have him as a reasonable source.I do agree but find it odd Lucas tried to gag him? (In the press!)
Re Williams-Thomas theres something about him I simply don't trust, ex copper, he seemed to deny that the police didn't cover for Savile at any point, which I don't believe.
I'm repeating myself from a different thread but I don't trust the supposed expertise of anyone who believed Oscar Pistorius' intruder story.Re Williams-Thomas theres something about him I simply don't trust
Me neither. And he also believed that MM was abducted in Praia da luz.I'm repeating myself from a different thread but I don't trust the supposed expertise of anyone who believed Oscar Pistorius' intruder story.
Very popular with my younger nieces and nephews too.Although in DW case it seems the kids liked the books. My nephew loved them and has them all. Earned DW mega-bucks.
My children all loved having stories read to them and I enjoyed reading books to them, but the few that I didn't feel comfortable with/didn't enjoy were mostly Walliams' - they just felt unpleasant. A reflection on the "author"?These are not good books though. They’re really badly written, rely on lazy stereotypes and cruel humour. Just horrible to read aloud. There are lots of really good children’s authors - even some other celebrities.
He's a clout chaser, he's always dropping hints about "high profile investigations".I do agree but find it odd Lucas tried to gag him? (In the press!)

Can we just take a moment to recall Williams-Thomas making the search for Nicola Bulley all about himself, too? He's a clout chaser, he's always dropping hints about "high profile investigations".
He doesn't behave like a professional ex-officer should, and he's given far too much credit for Savile.
Didn't he imply he knew a lot more about the Jay Slater case too..... but then didn't reveal anything new.....Can we just take a moment to recall Williams-Thomas making the search for Nicola Bulley all about himself, too?
yes I thought this tooI think he tried to gag him because he was determined to smear his name and the press would have him as a reasonable source.
He's one of those blokes I've always instinctively felt a shudder when I see him on TV, in papers etc. I find him very . . . ick.I've seen a few DJ articles on Facebook today too. Quite a few saying he's a wrong un as well.
He likes being vague and then claiming he was right when anyone is accused.Re Williams-Thomas theres something about him I simply don't trust
Had some info from a very reliable source who would know that the sister story in the book, is in fact true. Shocked ( though I shouldn't be )Whilst I'd rule nothing out with Walliams, this does seem far too bonkers to be true. It would have been instantly career-ending to want to reveal it, and he's not that daft.
I just googled Matt Lucas, another one who has been on the fab jabs….I wouldn’t recognise him.Re ML - a friend of mine went on a ‘date’ when he was 19 (this was a decade ago, ML would have been 41). My friend was v early in his career at the time and I think ML had slid into his DMs and offered him some advice on working in the TV/film industry. Not that there’s anything inherently wrong with that age gap, but he was exploiting his power and my mate felt really weird about it after and ML wouldn’t leave him alone for ages. Nothing more nefarious than that but i remember thinking it was a bit off at the time
I thought she was roughly 2 years older but can't remember where I read that, they could be closer in age from the pics..How old is his sister? I know she's older but not by how much.
