Not excusing Dave's behaviour for one second, but between this and that Instagram account trying and failing to stage a hoax about being the mistress, this is drawing in a LOT of people seeing a chance for clout.

I wonder if the press are focusing on her because she's the 'babymama'. There must be a suspicion of someone by now, someone must know and is dying to sell a tip.

I don't doubt Dave was sleeping with that porn star but a woman in the sex industry doesn't seem the type to get accidentally pregnant 15 years into an affair , so based on absolutely nothing I don't think its her.

Has anyone read Grohl's autobiography. As a life long Nirvana fan I thought it made him sound a bit of a fool. Tried refuting much/any knowledge of drug use (same with Taylor Hawkins) by Kurt. Whilst it's not his responsibility to police other people, he could have easily said he would not tour/work with until people were clean... left and joined a different band... many options available to him but he wanted the fame and tour money and IMO didn't care who was using what.
This is super specific, but also in the book he mentioned Paul McCartney gives a speech at a dinner about Dave Grohl's friend who died around the time Kurt did. I find that beyond sycophantic. How can you give a speech about someone you have never met or had no knowledge of, who died over 20 odd years ago. He goes on about how special it was and it just gave me the ick.

I did and it was truly remarkable in that it's first/only rock n roll autobiography I've ever read with a total absence of either sex or drugs.
Given what we know now about Taylor & Dave it does seem like a very carefully curated PR exercise.
He really disappeared up his own a about the time Best of You came out. Once everyone started swooning over his great dad stories it got even worse. You reap what you sow Dave. If he was a private person and this happened I'd be like "meh" but he's pushed his great family man act heavily over the years and clearly thought he would get away with anything.
I (preciously) try not to be a cuhnt about it but my husband and my brother absolutely cannot bear the rolling out of Violet and the shows.
Yeah he wasn't really doing her any favours anyway as she'll just be seen as another nepo baby in the long run.
Dave Gahan from Depeche Mode has a daughter in a band and shes quite good. Obviously still has had the door opened for her and that is huge but she's not totally trading off her dad's name now she's there.
Honestly if there’s one good thing that comes out of all this, I hope it’s Violet deciding to no longer perform with the Foo Fighters
