I don't think any of the guys would have trouble finding some other well paying job in the music industry. It won't be FF scale, but they are well connected and talented. Whether it's another band, touring musician, producing, managing or some other related job.

I like Nate's other band Sunny Day Real Estate. Chris' music isn't quite my style.
Rami has credits as a session musician and producer.
Pat is an icon and would surely be welcomed with open arms by any band, but at his age (65) may also be ready to retire from touring.

I’ve been going to Foo Fighter shows for over 20 years, and I absolutely loathed the rolling out of violet the last few years.

She has a lovely voice, but zero personally or any stage presence. She was brought out again in June in London and i eye rolled and went to the loo

I know Chris has a solo career, albeit quite small, do any of the others have sidelines? Although even if they do I doubt it would be as lucrative as being in the Foos.

I suppose Josh would just continue on as he has done, he's successful in his own right. Pat has probably got some Nirvana money to fall back on.
