I just thought “duck Off” when I watched that video. She has either read or she’s received negative comments off people who are sick and tired of her over consumption and privilege so I suppose that what she means by being more mindful (top tip, just stop being a spoilt bleep)
If she does suffer from mental health issues that countless holidays, shopping, not having to go to work and takeaways isn’t making her happy then maybe she needs to do something else with her life. In the meantime if she does read then Piss Off Cat and read the room

She’s been tagging two people a lot recently and she is totally copying their content. Doing the food bank because Charlie does it, 2 days ago Charlie did a kitchen reset (hate when they say that) to see how much she can get done in 30 minutes before an appointment, and latest video is Cat seeing how much tidying she can do in her kitchen while her soup cooks. Her content is rit so having to copy others. Hopefully the other person she tags who actually has interesting food will influence Cat to actually make something decent. I find it odd she has a cooking blog when she really isn’t a good cook.
