Funny thing is, if she does get full time custody, she’ll figure out really fast she doesn’t actually want it. Mark my word. She is not a good mum, she doesn’t have it in her. I don’t think she actually wants to be a good mum. If she did she’d put more effort into it. She’d rather be the cRaZY girl, with the boys around occasionally for content.

As soon as she has to start worrying about stuff like putting all of her money towards supporting them, helping with homework, school clothes shopping, getting them to their activities on time, them having their little friends over, grocery shopping and keeping the fridge full, doctor’s appointments, creating a stable home and keeping a roof over their heads, all the things you have to do with kids, she’ll tap out. She’ll drop those boys back off with their dads and hop on a plane for a vacation.

Can she at least get rid of the randoms living in her house??????? What kid wants that?

And totally- she will get bored of this within 5 minutes. Now I think of it- didn’t see getting custody of the kids again on her diary entry to herself she shared this morning. Hmmmmm

And you know how accurate we are by what hits a nerve with her. She’s constantly responding to topics we talk about within a couple of days of reading them here.

From us discussing what a failure she was a wife and mum and then she posts an open letter to her exes apologizing for exactly that, to me laughing about how she never explained the train wreck with grandpa boyfriend and then she posted an excuse about how a “trauma door” made her date an “extremely old man”.

She’s even been making sure to post pics of food she’s made after we’ve been laughing about how she still can’t cook at 38 yrs old. Hell, she had to set up a camera to film herself in the kitchen as proof that she can make her kid’s dinner. So cringe.

Trauma door? I followed her through that short season and it was the money door that attracted her to him! I still think his family intervened and knocked some sense into him. I would be absolutely mortified if my Dads new girlfriend carried on like everything he owned was hers after five minutes.

Shes had so many opportunities to have a big design studio and lots of staff (my ass you have!) but she just can’t commit to that full time because of her mission to help women. She’s been healing women, guys! In case you’re a new follower of hers and didn‘t know that.
And then in the next breath she’s telling us her life has been utter chaos until a month ago and that she is essentially a manic, drunken mess.
And then she goes on to say that she designed the house that she’s in now

She’s always been a narc and a bullshit artist but this is the first time her delusional disorder has been so in your face. Honestly, it’s disturbing. She’s really mentally unwell.

Does anyone understand what the whole “mentor women to design their dreams” means?
Does she mentor to help set up businesses?
Or is this something more “holistic” and “spiritual” - a dream believe achieve manifesting coaching thing.
Hard pass on either of those options.

Is she pretending that her daily manic rants are pearls of wisdom that she is dropping on her followers and just by watching her she is helping you design your dreams?
Or had she offered a masterclass or structured coaching at some point (like every other unqualified twit on SM)? I know she said The Secret Garden was supposed to be a space for classes and mentoring woman but we see what happened with that - exactly nothing.
Or does she think simply encouraging you to hang her curtains up is all it takes to help you to design your dreams?

She loves thinking up catch phrases as much as old girl Leila does. I’m guessing she came up with design your dreams without thinking through exactly how she was going to implement it. She struck gold with raw and real though, I’ll give her that. It’s really putting a clever spin on ‘watch me melt down before your eyes’.

It was amusing that she pointed out that she had “massive financial overhead”. No shit??? She sprung for the shop in Tamworth that she never opened to customers because she never stuck around for longer than 2 days at a time. What the hell did she think was going to happen? You can’t make your money back if you keep the doors locked, dingbat. I bet she’s trying to “sell the business” (i.e. transfer the lease) to get out from under that lease that she knows damn well she can’t afford. Especially when she also committed to a lease on a 3 bedroom house that she doesn’t need in Byron-not-Byron.

And what kind of crazy disordered thinking is she having about that Keane song her sister sang the other night? Going on about it like it was an homage to her because she gave her the idea or something? First she says that this 20 yr old song somehow changed her life on the beach only a few weeks ago, then 30 minutes later she says that the sister had the idea to sing it sitting in her dining room a month ago. What???

I think Crystal and Lie-La forget that many of us started as genuine followers, heck I’m embarrassed I actually spent money buying Lie-La’s AliExpress markups. They’ve both repeatedly ripped women off and use a cover of spirituality and faith to justify their terrible parenting and scams. A quick google of Design Twins says it all.

We all saw through them (eventually in my case) and I have faith others will too.

Genuine question. Why does crystal always have some small windows of time to work with? She always seems to have something to do ‘in 48 hours’ or ‘in only 2 weeks’. I’m confused as to why she isn’t hired with a realistic time frame agreed upon by the business/home owners. Anyone know? I mean I know that generally you would want something completed asap but if it was a week turnaround I’d be expecting a team of people not just one woman in her swimmers with a stool and a bucket of white paint.

With a normal interior design project that is professionally executed the planning and ordering process can take anywhere from months to years, depending on the size of the project. The install portion usually takes about week, give or take, again depending on the size of the job. If a designer is being adequately compensated they have included in the budget the cost to hire whatever staff they need to help them execute the install - assistants, moving crews, handymen, cleaners etc.

All I can figure is that she takes on these projects either for free or is paid very little to do them. Hence, can’t afford to pay helpers. As far as the expedited timelines, some of her projects seem to me like maybe the client wasn’t even planning on hiring a designer but Crystal pitched it to them - as in, hey, let me help you out with some styling in exchange for a place to stay for a little while, or letting me film it for content, etc. Her last minute shopping sprees the day before or morning of tells me she either is a really shit planner or she has no place to store the product she is going to be installing so doesn’t purchase in advance. Again, highly unprofessional and speaks to a lack of funding. On actual design projects you couldn’t get away with that because you would be expected to order the furnishings/accessories/window coverings/art/lamps/rugs well in advance and have them waiting to go in during the install. You would never just wing it and wait and see what Ikea or the hardware store has in stock.

This is heartbreaking . A thread that was so small it had minimal views and for her to “shine a light” on it has opened it up to thousands INCLUDING HER OWN SON. He is 11! he doesn’t have the mental/emotional capacity to deal with this plus all the other issues he is having to process. I hope he is ok, he looks like such a sweet beautiful little soul.
