Is there a particular Crime documentary/case you can watch over again or have watched more than once?

I do this! It's the music that helps me get to sleep and the calm narration. When I can't sleep I listen to Killer in my Village on YTube, loads on there.
I got Fred Dinnage mixed up with Fred Dibnah - I was very confused there (showing my age)![]()
Another vote for murder on cctv and The Murder Trials . I like that they do show you the back story of how it all came to court and been pieced together, as well as the trial!I watch a lot of true crime but not really documentaries - mainly week on week series to be honest, via a guy who uploads all the latest stuff to a Russian website#iykykaiydkgtk My favs are Cold Justice, The First 48, Dateline, 48 Hours, On The Case with Paula Zahn, See No Evil/Murder on CCTV plus loads more.
But I have just finished the new Sky three part documentary Death of a Showjumper. I don't follow cases in Northern Ireland but I was aware of this one. Worth a watch.
Whilst I'm here, I'd also highly recommend the Murder Trial series available on BBC iPlayer. There's five of them in total (so far) and they all feature real court footage in Scotland, where they are allowed to film, along with interviews with the families, barristers, judges etc. I highly approve of this approach - edited highlights after verdict.
No doubt I'll be back!
Can't believe I forgot this one!Another one I like is Accused: Innocent or Guilty? It’s American, and they show the person accused of the crime, the police investigation and the court proceedings, but some of the episodes really do have some surprises in there. It’s on channel 5 and prime.

I haven't watched it as I find him really annoying.I can't watch the C4 In Footsteps of Killers with Emilia Fox - I don't like how her and David Wilson interact with each other, don't know if it is their voices but I find them quite false.
I found him ok with the stuff he's done with Fred Dineage. But in this one I didn't like himI haven't watched it as I find him really annoying.
I couldn’t stand that programme either. I don’t rate him at all.I have also watched the Murder Trial series on IPlayer.

No but I have watched a couple of 48 Hours about the case though. That was enough. I don't get the fascination with it to be honestHas anyone watched-
"Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal"
Netflix
I found it interesting. I wasn't aware it had been covered in other places. I've never watched 48 hours .No but I have watched a couple of 48 Hours about the case though. That was enough. I don't get the fascination with it to be honest![]()
Yes, it is interesting but I don't need to see the same stuff regurgitated over and over again, which happens a lot when you watch as much as I do I suppose. But it's not like America doesn't have enough crime to not keep covering the same cases.I found it interesting. I wasn't aware it had been covered in other places. I've never watched 48 hours .
I don't have Sky and haven't watched Dateline or 48 Hours...so that's probably why I've not seen the same story regurgitated multiple timesYes, it is interesting but I don't need to see the same stuff regurgitated over and over again, which happens a lot when you watch as much as I do I suppose. 48 Hours is like Dateline. Team of investigative reporters doing stories. They show it on the True Crime channel (formerly CBS Reality) on Sky![]()
Thankyou. I remember this one being on the news I think.....or there may have been another similar story around the same time. I'll add it to my listIf you don't have Sky to watch 'death of a showjumper' the beeb have covered it here

BBC One - Spotlight, Katie: Coerced and Killed
Katie’s killer covered up her murder as suicide. How did police begin to fall for his lie?www.bbc.co.uk
I joined a fb group discussing this case for a while, it was very interesting. I don't know the answer, but I might watch the documentary again at some point....One night in Idaho on prime is very good. I still want to know was it targeted or not. Or was kohberger just a psychopath who picked them at random
