I recently watched this documentary too, then I watched the dramatisation with Sheridan Smith afterwards. I've heard the story before as part of other real life crime shows, but it was powerful to hear it from Ann Ming directly, in her own words.

I never watched the "Tiger king" series either and successfully managed to avoid knowing anything about it at all.
It took some prolonged and willful ignorance on my part IIRC.
It looks to have 15 eps though which means some commitment TBF.
