I use E45 when mine start to get bad and it does work for me. Other than that I just daily moisturise with coconut butter from the body shop.

Footner exfoliating socks are deadly... soak your feet 30mins before using them.... just look at the reviews and the pics... brilliant job

My Newton chiropody sponge finally arrived yesterday so looking forward to trying it out!

NYK1 foot file from amazon, thank me later
I got this file after your recommendation and oh my goodness it worked a treat! I’ve tried it all, all the creams and soaks, a ped egg, one of those rotating file things and nothing worked for me. This file was brilliant. I’ve used it 3 times and I have SUPER soft feet

When you’ve got rid of your hard skin I highly recommend E45 cream to keep your feet soft. I have tried loads of special heel balms but that stuff is the best. Honestly, trust me!
Just wanted to say thanks for this. I got it after reading the recommendation here and it's also the best body cream I've ever tried. A new staple for me

I ordered a pack of 3 from Amazon yesterday £4.99. I thought that was reasonable? They had different pack sizes and all were in stock.
Very disappointed as these never arrived! Seller blamed it on the courier losing them then said he has no more in stock, so he refunded me ☹

I’m a fan of the sponges but have only got the dregs of one left and so bought the NYK1 file instead. It was quite expensive at about £14 but it really works. Get one of those bad boys if you can’t get the chiropody sponge. Just be very gentle, you don’t need to apply pressure with it (or you’ll skin yourself 😱). It works a treat.

I've just tried the Derma V10 exfoliating foot peel. Not sure if anyone here has used it before but it's the most bizarre thing I've ever used. You put these little boots on for 90 minutes and then 7-10 days later the dry skin on your feet peels like mad. My feet currently look like an 80 year olds but from the videos on YouTube, they should look as good as new soon! It was 99p from Home Bargs so how could I say no?!
