Give them a file over with a foot file and use Flexitol twice a day . It's amazing . You can buy it anywhere. Drs prescribe this for diabetics..it's incredible stuff.

Amazon don’t have the Newton Chiropody sponges... where can I get hold of one?

I ordered a few just last week from amazon! A few online places sell them, id give it a google

I ordered a pack of 3 from Amazon yesterday £4.99. I thought that was reasonable? They had different pack sizes and all were in stock.

Had a look on Amazon and product pages all say "currently unavailable" for me!

Footner exfoliating socks are deadly... soak your feet 30mins before using them.... just look at the reviews and the pics... brilliant job

I got this file after your recommendation and oh my goodness it worked a treat! I’ve tried it all, all the creams and soaks, a ped egg, one of those rotating file things and nothing worked for me. This file was brilliant. I’ve used it 3 times and I have SUPER soft feet

When you’ve got rid of your hard skin I highly recommend E45 cream to keep your feet soft. I have tried loads of special heel balms but that stuff is the best. Honestly, trust me!

Just a thought - do people recommend the same for hard skin on the ball of the foot?
