The other things soaps always bugger up is teen pregnancy. Always catastrophic and life changing - but then the baby seems to make no change to the young mum's life. Always care and babysitters on hand.
Said it before, but I think they actually did a good job with Sarah. Bethany was on screen loads as a kid. I think it’s probably harder now with stricter child labour laws, and it shows more to viewers because the number of episodes has increased so much.
I just remembered Bethany was played by twins so that probably helped them too with her on screen so much

Me too, I don’t think he’s sleazy as someones said, think he’s just a guy getting what he can- realistic as far as my experience with men go
They’ve ruined his character, he was this brooding bloke who was bothered about his career- but who also ran with his own moral code, like not grassing Sarah up about Nathan’s DNA, or going on his own little side assignments - like smashing David’s car windscreen. He was a bit complicated but mysterious, they’ve chucked a family at him, then bogged him down with kids- one of whom he’s slept with(?!). He’s turned into a big sap. Love his relationship with Swain, he’s one of the reasons I tolerate her. He’s already had a who’s the daddy storyline with Daisy, didn’t it get mentioned when Shona was due as well? And he’s recently found out Brody’s his- is he taking over Steve with all the random kids??I would say yes and I do know know something about them on a personal level but it is never mentioned now. She supposedly had irreversible damage to her bowel after her lipo in Turkey. (not me!!)

That episode last night with Kit felt rushed. His diagnosis was far too quick from finding out about the BCRA gene. Surely they could have dragged that storyline out a few months or so to seem more realistic? Then shoe horning him sleeping with Bethany, but we didn’t actually see how it happened. Just seems really shoddy and I haven’t got much interest for either storyline because of the way they’ve done it.
Watching the NTAs. I must say I thought Sally Carmen aka Abi looked amazing. I loved her outfit.
She looked so good!! Any time I’ve seen her out of Corrie I think she looks amazing
Especially compared to Moira from Emmerdale. I loved Sallys whole look.
But Fiz was concerned about what had become of her, especially as she was seen in wig man’s car.
all seems to have gone quiet there too.
Kit and Carla should compare notes on sleeping with multiple members of the same family.

Liam being her BIL isn’t the weirdest part. Him and husband Paul are her cousins (obviously she didn’t know that at the time)
That’s made me think. Didn’t Johnny know all along he was Carla’s dad but kept it a secret her whole life? You’d think he would have warned Paul about marrying her
