I thought he played it perfectly.

Right down to his feet being "bent over" as he was being interviewed. That tiny thing was so poignant to me, he was like a small child scared, lost and confused.

Todd was defeated, exhausted, slumped, feeling guilty and defending his abuser. Totally true to life in my experience.
Yes they made him look very small and defeated. I thought it was excellent.

I love Gary. Loved the wrench.

I so wanted Sarah to hear, witness Theo; come rushing out, and then watch Theo implode, knowing he has been found out.

Thinking of the George court situation, would Todd not have been interviewed or even spoken with by the police as George’s only co-worker? Would he not have even been there to back George, seeing as the annoying woman had someone else there to back her? The storyline just made no sense to me. Why doesn’t Glenda give up the huge family home which she doesn’t need for herself for the money George needs? Bonkers!

I bet Jodie Prenger would be a right laugh on a night out. I love Glenda, could see her character staying for a long time.

I need Theo gone. It’s so bad now.

The whole indecent proposal thing with Mal and Bernie is another dogshit storyline. I couldn’t care less.
Another one where they can't just leave Bernie and Dev alone for a bit and just let them be happy.

Why isn’t the attack on Todd enough to convict Theo? Why do they need evidence of previous abuse? Surely as a standalone attack that’s enough?

If I was Sarah I would have stood there and screamed until help came and not just left the iPad. How can her going in the back of an unlocked van destroy the case. The evidence is still on there.

I’ve been loving corrie lately but the last two episodes have been crap imo.

I’m really not looking forward to tomorrow’s episode. I mentioned before that this storyline helped me realise an abusive situation I was in, but now it’s got to the stage where it’s word for word Theo doing what he did etc. (apart from last night) but I feel like I have to see this story through to the end, hopefully there’s a positive outcome.

(The police have extended bail in my case, and don’t have much hope of a conviction anyway)

I didn’t mean to me-rail, but I just think that it’s definitely raised awareness I just really really hope they don’t fuck it up now.
This is exactly why I’ve been wishing & hoping for the right outcome for Todd because it’s for everyone IRL that’s experienced this & if it’s helped one person escape an abusive situation, it’s been successful.

Corrie need to get this bang on !

I hope you get the justice you deserve Pommy x

No one in Will’s circle seemed to be upset at the news that their 16-year-old is about to be a dad

Today’s episode was a horrible watch. I actually cried and I only usually cry if an animal on TV dies. Genuinely, the most popular person in a show can die or be maimed and I‘ll be “meh.” But Todd today… phew.
I cried too. He deserves an award for his role in this storyline.

I meant Theo ran. He likely wouldnt have stopped to relock the door.
I did think they’d show that part in a flashback to explain…perhaps Todd lying there unmoving, Theo maybe thinking he’d killed him, and panicking, grabbing his bag and running away. Or at the very least I thought the question of Todd’s escape would come up in the police interview.

Then again, they didn’t show Debbie getting out of prison, so I shouldn’t be surprised.

The plates couldnt of been that hot surely
And all the bandaging on her fingers but none on her thumbs? How do you hold a plate without using your thumbs

Then cupping a hot drink in her burned hands...anyone who has had even a small burn knows that getting the affected area warm intensifies the pain.

That’s why I love him, just makes up his own moral stance depending on who it is😂 I’ve said before, I know people who are like this so probably why he doesn’t annoy me as much😂
Gary's like that too. Will do bad things for the right reasons.

Lisa needs to get off Kit's case though. She owes him big time. He saved Carla's life and helped get Becky locked up.
