On buying house. Yes it'll show up on property price register but takes a month or 2. It will only price it was purchased at no other info. Yes you can take a mortgage out to buy another family member out. It's unlikely in his case if he bought granny's house as probate can take a while. Even of he did and bought house at a discounted price you'll see a * beside purchase price which indicates house was purchased at a discounted price. If you had exact address you can look on land registry and pay 5e to see who's name os on deeds.

What's he saying to make it genuine as i cant voew i dont follow him. As he is self employed/sole trader its harder to obtain a mortgage. He'd need 2-3 years accounts. He'd need to show that he has repayment capacity for at least 6 months. I honestly don't think he's genuine

He's an absolute pest,nearly deserves a thread of his own! He's an absolute sponge that begs for free stuff and considers himself a chef (without a qualification) never mind the fact he's done a runner on his new kid and when shit hits the fan brings up his addiction last and sobriety that's he's constantly bullshitting about

Don’t know how he doesn’t have a thread. He’s always claiming ‘x amount of days sober’ and spends every weekend going on cork and clearly doesn’t look sober. The chef story is brilliant, he makes all this food and claims he’s a chef yet his business didn’t take off, his cookie food truck in marina market is shut down. He’s the same as Conor Ryan. Just always on the beg and will rate anything for a free meal and some money. He went mental over the story going around cork over his child and posted stories claiming the results of a dna test that he paid for.

Agree, I think this is the most likely. She refused to go and he clung on begging until the last minute and when she stood her ground, he decided not to go either. Wouldn’t surprise me if he used the “if you don’t come with me I’m not going” tactic and it backfired.
