It is awful that she chose to include that footage of her straightening her hair. She might be saying now that at the time she didn't know and she thought it was like her first birth where she could take her time, but when she edited the video and uploaded it she did know what was happening to her babies so why why why did she still upload that footage. People who have difficult pregnancies don't usually want to waste energy straightening their hair and if you don't like you hair up because it "hurts" you wear it down but this isn't a fashion show, it's the birth of two babies at only 32 weeks. It was like her water broke and suddenly lights, camera, action... let's make content.

Am I the only one worried Colleen is going to become one of those moms who is jealous of their daughter? Like I can totally see her getting upset by the amount of attention Erik gives Maisy and making it weird and uncomfortable for everyone.

I had a friend whose mom was like that, she used to accuse my friend of flirting with her boyfriends when we were like, 13.

Maybe this is just me being Irish where attitudes towards alcohol are more relaxed, but I feel like it’s a bit of a reach to emphasise Erik’s drinking as a problem. From what I’ve seen he seems to just enjoy alcohol and has it as treat rather than being dependent on it. Obviously this is based solely on what is shown on social media and their podcast/Colleens vlogs so I’m not trying to completely rule out that he may have a drinking problem. It’s just not something I would have noticed at all, but again this is just my opinion!

I would never, ever judge a mother usually, I believe never judge someone unless you’ve walked in their shoes.
I am worried for her mental wellbeing at the moment and have genuine concern about her bond with her babies, she had a very traumatic and sudden birth and it’s all very out of her control, control is a big thing for her, I personally think she isn’t spending half enough time at NICU
My nephew was born at 26 weeks gestation and he was in NICU for months, he had a severe brain bleed, has cerebral Palsy and hydrocephalus among other stuff, his parents although had another child barely left the hospital, they were there for every feed, bath, nappy (diper) change and he was home before his due date.
I think if they spent more time with the twins they would be home much sooner.

She did two separate videos for Flynns birthday and Wesley coming home because she wanted "Flynn to have his birthday be about him". What's that got to do with her choice to publish two videos? Is she trying to rewrite what actually happened and if there's a video all about his birthday then nothing else big happened that day? She thinks videos are more real than the real life she films. She lives in a fantasy and even more of one if she thinks people don’t see its just for money.

I agree about her relationship. It seems like it is their kids keeping them together currently. I think they seem very detached from one another

The eye rolling from Colleen in that video- I wanted to slap her! She continually said to him he can’t have PPD because he didn’t give birth even though the meaning just means after the birth- nothing about the physical act of giving birth. When she finally looked it up and realised that PPPD is actually a thing she still refers to it as the daddy blues and tells Erik that he can’t claim PPD. Do you even hear yourself Colleen? One Google search of Paternal Postpartum Depression shows it to be a very real thing and Colleen continued to diminish Eriks feelings. He saw everything! He saw Colleen delaying going to the hospital despite going into labour early- he was panicking in the giving birth video because of how long Colleen took to get in the car. He then saw his wife being rushed into theatre because of a danger to his babies. He then witnessed the C-section and had first hand experience of seeing his daughter being born, not breathing, not making a sound. I do wonder how long this marriage is going to last. I’ve never watched any of their podcast videos but I have heard about the way she talks to him and about him during those videos. There is definitely a power imbalance in their relationship and we repeatedly see how she talks to Erik in their videos. The fact that Kory and Colleen edit the videos and don’t seem to realise they are documenting Colleens abuse towards Erik is completely mind boggling! Though Colleen treated Josh a similar way towards the end of their relationship. Very clearly putting someone down with thinly veiled insults and including it in the videos- are Colleen and Kory doing this on purpose?

I’m not sure why I do this to myself but I just spent the last hour reading the comments on her last two videos and I didn’t realise there was SO MANY paediatricians, NICU doctors, NICU nurses, lactation experts, feeding experts etc. who knew all of Maisie’s medical data (if you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic) all these people saying “just go home with an NG tube, my cousins friends sisters roommates mothers kid went home with one etc.”.
1.this child will not require an NG tube her whole life (that we know of at this point), the risks of teachingColleen ho to navigate that at home for the benefit of her being home for Christmas - sorry it doesn’t work that way.

2. we only see what Colleen is showing us, yes this child is struggling with feeds but there could also be other issues to which is why she is being kept in the nice

She absolutely will. Maybe if Maisy turns out to be a quiet, bookish kid that keeps to herself and lets her narc mama shine things will be ok. Lord help her if she ends up having a big personality, a need for lots of attention or any type of singing/acting/performative talents. There is only one star in the Stocklin-Ballinger household after all.

I fear that if little Maisy misses the call time for Colleen's "TWINS FIRST CHRISTMAS!!!!!" vlog then that poor kid will already have a strike against her.

In the video where she holds the twins together for the first time, she and Erik comment that it is their wedding anniversary. Didn't she make a whole video about how quirky and cute and funny it was that neither of them knew the date they got married? God, she is so fake and lies all the time. Lies to fit whatever fits the situation and the image she is trying to put out at that time.

I was so infuriated when they were getting married and Colleen was all like “ew Erik and I absolutely despise big weddings, we want a tiny private ceremony” like she didn’t have a humongous, highly documented one with Josh.

Colleen, if you happen to be reading this. We’ll never forget you married Josh and was Colleen Evans for a brief period (before having an affair of course). You can deny it all you want but it happened, stop being disrespectful to Josh and acknowledge it.

I want to know what have they actually done with the babies apart from sit and read. Do they know how to wash and change them and work the feeding apparatus? Why aren't they there for every feed? Why can't she pump there? It seems like she's got a million excuses but really she's just content doing the bare minimum because it means she can have more time to do what SHE wants, like go to restaurants and markets and shops etc (even though she's "the only person taking quaranting seriously in the world anymore" just girly things )

Exactly. She’s there to snap a few photos and also get Erik’s attention, she seem to be desperate using her “cries” to keep him involved. The babies? She doesn’t give a s**t. That’s the only way how I can explain why a “mother” will be
- happy that”she’s not pregnant anymore yay” at 32 weeks
- concerned with going to Christmas markets (Covid galore) in the same time as visiting NICU (exposing both her babies and other people’s)
- film joyous vlogs while having 2 kids on feeding tubes and in incubators
- making fun of purple skin, boxes etc things that literally trigger any real mother…

Being “relevant” is apparently much bigger priority than being a mother. Just gross

Erick really does seem to drink a worrying amount it’s like he can’t put it down in the podcasts I’ve thought this for weeks but only now it’s mentioned on her I realise I’m not being over dramatic

I’d be drinking too with a toddler, twins, and a wife with a myriad of issues. But that’s what he gets for cheating with a cheater.

Holy crap, just watched her most recent video. I swear the thought of Maisy still being in the NICU on Christmas is destroying her. If this happened in January or February it would not be half as bad for Colleen. She needs to chill, I know it’s hard but Maisy is in safe hands and she’ll come home when the time is right for her. She’s not on Colleen’s picture-perfect timeline. The girl has to learn to eat first. She’s behind Wesley- she came out last and my Mom said that the twin who comes out last is the one who didn’t get as much nutrients and is a little weaker than their sibling. She came out purple for god sake, Colleen should have high tailed it to the hospital the second her water broke- her waiting 45+ minutes may have consequences for Maisy in the future.

I’ve not watched in while as her vlogs were becoming so depressing. Still are. I skip most of it as it’s just her sitting there complaining. Two things I did pick up, where is Wesley? Is he least favourite or something? And why does she spoil Flynn so much? He is not going to learn to share time if they make so much extra fuss about nothing. Buying him a sand pit for no reason, other than they can’t go to the beach. They live in LA. They just spoil him so much it actually makes me feel sick!
