She does herself no favours with these traits. If she was actually reasonable, she’d probably get a lot more paid media gigs. You never see her on panels or giving her opinion on television anymore. She’s too extreme, unpredictable and frantic for the media. She had a small window of time in which she provided a good balance on feminism on the ABC or heck, even the project a few times. But girl relies on her books now because no channels will pick her up. Will be interesting to see if the show she’s pitched actually comes to fruition. I can’t see any big execs fully signing off on it and I can imagine big talent probably wouldn’t want to be associated with her extremism

The doxxing and coming after anyone who you think is against Palestine has surely gone too far. Clem is obsessed and this cannot be good for her, her son or anyone around at this point, what good is she actually doing?
I am actually finding this whole development with the chat leaks to be horrendous. I am so opposed to this war and do believe it's genocide, but I just cannot see how demonising Jewish people in Australia is meaningful action, as though if you persecute enough of them, they'll call up their family in Israel to call off the war. As if that psychopath Netanyahu gives a tit. It reeks of Lauren Dubois' "follow the money" post about the Lowy's, which has of course ended up on the whatsapp.
It's also so hypocritical. Clem is obviously seething that they've contacted her publisher, but has decided to play an eye for an eye.
Ruby Hamad had a story in which she also called out the doxxing and noted that it would be Arab Australians who would ultimately pay the price for this action, and I think she's right. Clementine will tantrum until she's blue in the face and never admit she's put a foot wrong.

There are many, many, many legitimate criticisms of Clementine Ford but her pro-Palestine stance and subsequent targeting of her by members of that WhatsApp chat etc aren’t one of them.

She has a responsibility not to dox people who are on that list solely because they are Jewish, as appears to have happened in at least one case. Or people who were in the WhatsApp group but weren't participating in the political organising and lobbying, as also happened. She's doing online journalism - not very well, but it is journalism - and she appears to just be throwing stuff online without any due care for accuracy. That's completely irresponsible, especially in a heated environment where businesses are being targeted and people are receiving death threats.
She published a woman's banking information on her stories because she mildly disagreed with Clementine. There are all kinds of financial abuse someone can do with that information. She's a disgrace.

I know a few of the people on the list. Their only crime being that they are successful Jewish businesspeople. I asked one and she didn’t even know she was on the what’s app group. Someone added her but she didn’t have her notifications turned on so had no idea. She is getting constant harassment , death threats and may even have to shut her business. A business that employs so many Australians who will all lose their jobs because the owner happens to be Jewish. How is this freeing Palestine?
This sums up my issue with it 100%. A privileged white woman thinking she is making things better for others while she sits in her rich country doxxing people and acting like she is being brave. She cannot ever relate to the people living it and I highly doubt she is making things better for them but someone please prove me wrong because I just cannot see how she is helping at this point.
