The issue with slimming world is people think because something is free that they can eat loads of it.

I put weight on when I was a member. Eat potatoes, rice and pasta until you’re full? Yes please! There was no effort to teach members portion control.

Yes, Claire has aplastic anaemia, there’s a post about it. Last week they seemed to be posting as normal with one or two meals a day on the gram. There were a few stories too. Perhaps Claire has taken a turn for the worse again. Despite me taking the mick out of them at every opportunity, I do hope she’s ok.
