Not sure but they seem to fall in and fall out, Claire is probably sick of Caroline flaking her way through life, while everyone else picks up the pieces, Claire owns part of the home Caroline is currently staying in.

Probably fed up of her living off the back of her mother in the house acting like it’s hers.

It’s funny because Caroline had her staging business and she could almost benefit or provide an additional service to Claire’s company etc. but I imagine she is very jealous of her sister’s success.
