They all literally feel like they are invincible - they forget this type of 'fame' literally lasts 5 minutes - unless they are damn good at it and people genuinely relate to them.
Exactly … sooner or later unless you find a niche or are a likeable person your days are numbered… all the big SW so called ‘influencers’ who for the most part except a very few have not only disappeared into oblivion but have usually resurface back to being a porker looking very sheepish or trying to reinvent themselves in the body positivity movement
It's so interesting isn't it; one of the big things about the selling of meal plans was that she had the same breakfast every single day. And people were like why would you pay for a meal plan where this Shan has the same breakfast every day and uses really processed foods daily. Now Claire has posted this morning a 'new breakfast'
Again though.... Not following plan but promoted as slimming world. I have to admit the cooking of fruit as syns has always been dodgy ground, however this is what slimming world stipulates. She's said this morning that she doesn't think frying fruit in the pan is the same as cooking it in the oven.
It's the heat that causes the difference in the breakdown of sugars - absolutely nothing to do with the way you cook it.
Plus - doesn't weigh out her 'drizzle' then proceeds to say after il just put a bit more on
