Does anyone recommend getting the scentsicles for artificial trees? I was thinking of buying some this year but not sure if they’re just a gimmick!

Does anyone know where I can find a Christmas table cloth please? But I need one of those plastic type ones because I have a three year old and need to be able to wipe clean.

Amazon seems to only give me disposable ones and couldn’t find any in tk maxx. Bonus points if the same shop also has autumn/Halloween table cloths too 😅

Lovelies, I need some help with advent calendars - I'd like to get my dad one, as I've got my mum a yankee candles one, what do you guys recommend?
What does he like? You can get advent calendars for virtually anything these days. Beer, whiskey, cheese , beard oil .... you name it, there's probably an advent calendar out there.

Freaking LOVE b and bw. I was obsessed with that shop in New York. You can actually buy a lot of their candles on eBay too. My favourite is spiced apple toddy
Next are selling mini versions of the BBW shower gels. I'm tempted to get a few for myself and stocking fillers.

I am desperate for a balsam hill tree! They have a 40% sale at the moment but I’m going to wait til next year to get one I think, but I can’t decide which! Does anyone have one, and which style did you go for?

Hi everyone, I have been to The Range today and they have tons of lovely Christmas stuff out 😁 bought 2 candle holders with mistletoe and greenery, glass candle jars with snow and stags on, an LED picture and some Frosted Snowflake potporri which smells gorgeous!
I went there today and it was all last year's stuff. No excitement at all. 😥
I did manage to get some more mice, though, but only one of each as they were in the sale last year.

If anyone has the Next VIP pass there are SO many toys in this release. Lego hogarts, minecraft, barbie speed boat, plane, house all at very good prices.

Has anyone tried the Cadbury Puds? We picked some up at the corner shop, 2 for £1.20 and they taste funny, like someone blended cardboard into the mix! Do they normally taste like that or did we hit upon a bad batch?
Funny you should say that I bought the puds & snowmen pack from Asda and the Puds definitely don’t taste as nice as they did.

Am I too early to start looking for a Christmas party outfit? I like something sparkly, but don't want to spend a fortune!
Tu at Sainsbury's have just brought out some sequinned dresses and trousers that are super-sparkly! Might be worth a look?

And it is definitely not too early! All the lovely velvet stuff seems to be coming out too ready for the festive season.

Assuming you're rolling out clay or similar, there are rolling pins you can buy that have depth guides on the edges, so you can't roll thinner than a certain depth. Alternatively, just stick two things of the same height either side and roll between that (like if you were cutting hasselback potatoes).
Yes, it's air dry clay! I'm really pleased with how they've come out :) Reckon two wooden spoons would work or do I need something flat?

we usually do mid december to first or second week in jan but have been putting it up earlier and earlier. mum does end up getting attached to some kind of wall decoration that stays up for the rest of the year!

I was refreshing my email at 7:30pm like my life depended on it 😂 I had the reindeer set last year and it’s so lovely, this year I got the Christmas tree mini kit, an igloo and all of the play dough tubs with a hidden surprise inside, and we can reuse the reindeer kit from last year too!
You did well to get the surprise tins, they seemed to sell out quick and she seems to have sold out a lot of things already tonight.

Our kids are a bit little so I just stuck with the dough on its own this year but the play kits look great. How long do you find the dough lasts for?

This is very interesting. I too loved the Puds. Bought a box in Asda a couple of weeks ago and haven't finished them. won't be buying anymore. Something else Cadbury have fiddled abut with no doubt. They better not have messed with the chocolate snowmen.
I love the orange snowmen but they are hard to find in either flavour.

I’ve never visited london, but I do love Chester city centre at Christmas, the huge tree in the precinct is beautiful 🥺
My daughter is upset that they've got rid of the star outside of the cathedral
