Tbh I think she just had a mini crisis about the trajectory of her life and made an impulse decision. I think the hair thing also plays a part in it. Suddenly she is blonde again and looks more relaxed (I know my hair is the first thing I change when I’m going through something)

Yes she had them done for a long time. Maybe now they are freshly done and therefore extra plump.
