I’m glad she’s finally admitted it, I feel like I’d be interested in a think piece or some kind of chatty story where she talks about how the grass wasn’t greener & what she learned from being separated from him for a bit too. Partly cause I’m nosey but also because — what was the point in it all!?

I live near her and saw her and ex boyfriend leaving Sainsburys together yesterday which was a bit confusing. Hopefully it just means they're still on good terms which will be easier for sorting the house situation.

Now I really really like chloe and I find her Instagram refreshing compared to other influencers, but I had to say something about this bc it's winding me up

She found painting one room so dull that she never finished the room and never started any others... I know she did the limewash process which did seem a bit of a slog but she doesn't need to limewash everywhere.

She's written and put together 8 lengthy stories this morning about procrastinating with decorating/renovation tasks. I imagine that took 30 mins to an hour. 30 mins she could've spent finishing priming the tiny bit left of the wardrobe doors that she abandoned so close to the finish line, or any other relatively small job she keeps putting off.

Who am I to care? It really isn't hurting anyone but it's frustrating me so here i am I feel like I wanna shake her shoulders and shout "come on, girl!!! Get something done!"

I think she’s having a (slightly late) quarter life crisis, and I think she hastily split up with him seeking something exciting.

The truth is, if she was bored In her life or felt like she hadn’t done everything she wanted to do, and wanted more independence, everything she’s done since she announced their split could’ve still been done

You can still go off and solo travel around the country without your other half. You can still get driving lessons without your other half. See your friends more often without your other half.

Was she expecting a hoe phase? To go on Tinder and have an abundance of content to write about dating when you’re nearly 30?

I don’t get it, but she keeps reminding us she’s in therapy so maybe she’s gone over all this already.

I don’t think her life substantially changed at all since she decided to go off on an independent high and end her relationship, it actually looks very much so the same to me as it always has.

What is her purpose as a creator? Does she work and do IG stuff on the side? She's literally dull AF, I'm so confused.

I actually like her because she's NOT like the majority of other influencers just ramming a load of clothing (and anything else) ads down our throats.

She writes for an online mag and has a job at a furniture company doing their marketing (I think).

On insta, she talks about sustainable fashion, gardening, general life feelings/experiences, books, some home bits.

She also runs a book club local to her.

Enjoying the garden series but the exaggerated softly spoken voice is giving me the ick, she's practically whispering in an attempt to make calming, wholesome content, but she doesn't need to. She has a nice voice and the other reading and voice over videos she's done in the past were just fine.

I genuinely don’t think she would have posted about them splitting up if she hadn’t posted the drunk story on Instagram.. I think she’d have just not posted about him and no one would have questioned it.. (personally!)

I’ve followed her for a while but I’m a bit unobservant. Is she cross eyed? No shade, just never noticed before. I’m gonna sound like a pure bitch but I think she thinks she’s hotter than she is cos she’s petite and blonde. She’s posted another *thought piece* about how she wasn’t filling her life with experiences and instead staying at home (which I can totally relate to…) feels like she could be saying actually things weren’t terrible with K and that it was her perception and not doing things for herself (like the solo trips.)

I do wonder if they’re still on a break rather than completely done.

I came here to say this. Tbh when I started reading the story I thought she was gearing up to find a way to say they were back together. I also see a man's arm in the dinner at Lina - is K now an "old friend"?

I actually feel really gutted for her. Hard to tell from her post whether it was her or him that decided it (or both!) but whichever or whatever happened it must be really difficult to know what to do with the house…and how to move forward.
