It wouldn’t surprise me if Chloe willingly relinquished care of her daughter, so that she could go around the world entertaining and living a fake insta lifestyle,I imagine having a little girl in her full time care cramped her lifestyle, I highly doubt she fought to keep custody of her daughter, she probably only had a kid so she could claim benefits and try and get a council house anyway
I think Chloe thinks showering her daughter with gifts when she occasionally sees her trumps being a full time proper mum. At least her daughter seems to have a stable life with who she's cared for (I think I read somewhere the dad's family helps care for her) and not dragged over the world with different 'stepdads'.
