I had a really good article from lime goss that I half read. About Jamie Oliver and a food blogger. I lost it and now can’t find it. Can anyone help?

Has it! Both threads make great reading too it’s very Jameelia Jamil

Just exploring some other parts of the forum after I've been posting in the celeb section and enjoying myself a lot in there.

How is everyone today? Hope you are all coping okay with lockdown and staying well. :)

Well it sounds like you did your friend a service then 😆

I have this group of male friends from uni (my course was very male-heavy) and they are SUCH film geeks (even more than me)

anyway they do a weekly zoom quiz and I join .. I really love quizzes - have been doing some with the school mums - but ones with the lads are on another level of geekery. I’m going to have rack my brains for some really hard, Obscure questions to stump them!
You could always ask questions about Twilight. Strong broody Edward Cullen xD (I didn't get past the first page and haven't seen the movies).

For seeds:

I've heard of this site but I just bought from the supermarket.

No love no lynching here.

As long as they're comfortable that's all that matters and I say that as someone with back pain.
Thank you! I like this thread too! I think I might have to give up work and looking after my family to keep up with this all though 😆

What are you planning on growing? Fruit/ veg or flowers?

There's also a few videos I like on youtube if you're a complete beginner . This guy has a good channel.

Both my two came early, the first was two weeks early
And second three weeks early. Pretty sure I was apologising for the state of my lady garden with my first, the second I was like oh well 🙊
Yea I heard it was in the book. Honestly don't sweat it hun. It really doesn't matter. Lady/man bits just phase into one, no decent doctor or nurse will judge you. but I can get the shame. Not exactly the same thing but I wouldn't go to my local massage place without shaving my legs but i just don't care anymore- they never commented on it/ my scars. (probs helps that I tip often).

Not gonna lie- I like seeing the reactions and likes I get on my posts. Am I heading into a influencer danger zone?

>Maybe you could make fake ice cream with frozen bananas, mango and coconut milk.

I don't mean to bring the tone of tattle down with such a mumsnet question, but just had a domestic over farting in front of me (it's been going on a while now and I can't deal with the smell in pregnancy) - AIBU to think it's fucking disgusting? do your husbands do this too? like a fart is literally poo why would you sit on the sofa and do one?

Sounds like something my brother would do. I hated it and he would make a joke out of it! I think if they didn't do it when you were first dating they can control themselves.

I’ve just had a 30 minute virtual online make up appointment which was a tad surreal but it was also good to do something a little frivolous in my day.
Might get out in the garden in a bit and move my strawberry plants to another bed.
Just spent 1.5 hours in a post office queue in the sun. It was essential that I went there as I needed to post a passport application for my son. At least it’s done now.

Shattered lol. I’ve been to pick up my prescription and I’m now sat in the garden ready to do some uni work.
When I couldn’t sleep last night I googled it, apparently when there’s a full moon it can affect your sleep and there’s one today! Wonder if that’s the cause of the lack of sleep 🤔
Anyway, I hope you’re all ok x
I’m going to do some uni work in my garden also 🤓

Thank you. I’ve no idea who this person is, but I half read the article and then JO popped up on my telly making food from his kitchen. Now I want to go back and see if it makes more sense.

Youtube randomly recommended me a two hour long compilation of the best bits of TV Burp 😂 So funny. Wish they would bring this show back.

Feel your pain, although I only have a very grumpy 6 month old that won't sleep and my husband is also doing long shifts. Really missing my mum at the mo!! Feel like I'm going insane only having a baby and a dog to interact with all day!!
absolutely snap though my little one is 4 months. People said maternity leave was lonely but I didn’t expect this lonely! I miss my mum

I don't even know who Sali Hughes is 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm a slave to the Snoopers innit haha
Beauty journo/influencer, I don’t follow her but saw a few people post her meltdown about Tattle. Don’t know the full story but think she cried wolf but then claimed to be taking legal action/having the identities of Tattlers but then think it transpired she’d randomly liked people’s social media pics. Sorry probably doing it a real disservice to what actually happened!
Edited to say @heretoreaditall2019 said it far better than my butchered attempt!

If you went to bed, instead of napping on the sofa, would she join you?
I remember when I was heavily pregnant with my second, l’d take a nap in bed and my son would join me. He thought it was fun being able to cuddle up to mummy in her big bed.
Going to try a nice bubble bath and get her in my bed, sometimes drying her hair sends her off. Fingers crossed

Ah that makes sense hun.

I hope they come out okay. You might need a frame to support them later. My grandmother used bamboo sticks and would tie the stalk with cloth to the frame. Ginger and mint is also super easy to grow. My mum just chucked them into the soil and they grew themselves.

I’ve sorted through my son’s uni stuff. We chucked it all in the shed a couple of weeks ago and I left it there in case there was any virus on it. I know, I know but it made me feel better not touching it. Anyway, it’s all been properly packed up for when he hopefully returns in September.
Done my daily care ‘phone calls to my parents.
Feeling a tad fed up today but I know it will pass.
It’s so easy to procrastinate at the moment because there’s always tomorrow...
I've spent the best part of today gutting the youngest's bedroom. I certainly clean better and am far more ruthless at chucking out plastic crap when I'm stressy 😊 rest of upstairs tomorrow. The joy x

Was this thread already active then? If it is I don’t want to derail it. I’ve got no idea what to do - should we make another one and not use the words chit chat as I think that’s what prompted the merge?

CC @SaladDressing who I think will still be awake at this time!
Well yeah it's just to post whatever you want on so you can still post on here but suppose if you's are just wanting to talk loads about these folk we have no idea who they are then maybe make another one just for that so it doesn't get mixed up? But you can still post on here it's cool up to you xx

Ooohhhh hair colour! Essential item. I will be getting one delivered in the next few weeks.
I currently have a box dye on my head. It's bright. This might have been a mistake. I panic bought a "redder" shade than I would ordinarily go for. Probably just as well that I won't be leaving the house any time soon. Have 20 minutes developing time to go. I'm getting twitchy 😬

I’ve never tried Ferraro Rocher either, or Nutella 😂 or peanut butter either.
tesco used to do the most AMAZING chocolate doughnuts, 5 for £1 filed with chocolate spread apparently similar to Nutella

They’ve discontinued them now and quite frankly life’s not worth living 😞🎻
Lidl do a version of these although I haven't risked the Lidl bakery since Covid kicked off 😭😭

@rainbowlemon sorry, I’ve tried to reply twice to your vegetable growing comment but it keeps going weird 🤷🏻‍♀️ Or I just can’t use the site properly 😬 Was going to say what I meant earlier was that I’d have to give up my job to have enough time to keep up with both this thread and the FOD one! But your growing produce suggestion was a good one! 😆 We’ve just started growing tomatoes and they’re looking really good! 😊 🍅
