Morning all.

The news out of Texas this morning has made me cry. School should be a place of safety for our children. It is just awful.

Not so much going on here. I have psychologist and physio today. I am wiped out after yesterday. I am working so hard in physio but it is so exhausting.

I had chicken rice and salad again! Swear it’s all I eat now. I might treat myself to a fab. My neighbours are doing my fucking head in. They’ve knocked 3 times to ask me to chuck their ball back, now I have a boy, so I get it, but it’s driving me mental they’ve just knocked! Feel like buying him some more footballs or giving some of ours!

im gonna do some of my piano lesson, read my book and have shower I think and maybe watch tv but I’m knackered! Hope everybody’s having a good weekend

Hey gang. I'm feeling much better thankfully. Had a lovely afternoon at the kids school, it was a jubilee picnic on the field but the weather was lovely people had cakes and the atmosphere was good.
Middle and youngest are on weekend sleepovers with family so we are having a film night with the oldest.
Then I'm working 2 late shifts at the weekend

@WilmaHun i lost my dad suddenly and the first week felt like one huge blur. Some of us barely ate others ate non stop. Some of us showed our emotions others grieved in public and were strong in company. Honestly she won't know what she wants or needs. I would maybe go practical and drop off a meal if you feel like doing something or offer to make some of the phone calls for her. Other than that it's a case of letting her know you are there for her

Im in the bath listening to mini bored talking to his minecraft figures in bed. I’ve started putting the radio on in his room to help settle him and that seems to work a bit better than me nagging every 10 mins to go to sleep

My lazy day has been hijacked, my Mum has decided she’s visiting with my sister to see if I’m ok. Which is nice of them but because I’ve had a hectic week I’m behind on sooooo much washing and the house looks like a bombs gone off. So I’m panic tidying I’m gonna send my fella round to his Nans to use her tumble dryer. God I wish I had a tumble dryer you know!!
