Went for a dog walk at 7am so I'm already on 6,700 steps today and I've only just sat down at my desk! I did eat 2 bags of the giant prawn cocktail wotsits at the weekend so they need burning off

I also slept like tit, woke up at 3 after a bad dream and then I couldn’t get back to sleep. Decided to call in sick and ordered myself a McDonald’s breakfast. It’s all about self care Hope everyone has a good day x

I feel bad for Chris Rock now I’ve seen the whole thing. He was stumbling over his words afterwards, not surprised at all.
The joke may have been close to the mark but no one deserves to be slapped for doing their job. He is a comedian after all and people always get the piss taken out of them at things like this.
