Happy Mother's Day to ask the silly witches mamas. Those who have their babies in their arms and of course those that don't
Hope everyone had a lovely day with at least 5 minutes where you are not changing a nappy, being the snack witch or refereeing a fight.
Mr Jelly had sent an envelope and told me to open it today. It was cards from the children. Which made me cry. Middle Jelly's handwriting is so good now and I have missed it all. He drew me a football pitch as well, obvs.
They aren't coming to see me today because they are going to see MIL, I am glad because going there is a bit more fun for the children than coming to sit here in a hospital with me.

I probably am old enough to be some of yours mum, but you know if my girls turn out to be such lovely humans as we have on this thread I'd be dead proud and feel like I had done an ok kind of parenting job.
I was greeted by my son who announced 'morning mam I've had an accident' so that was fun. Quick shower for the boy and a bed change is the exact way i hoped to start mothers day

Well, so far Mother’s Day has not been acklowdged here but I’m not surprised. Little peaches is too young to organise himself. I might treat myself to a box of chocolates or something cos I know I’m a fab mum or at least I try my best anyway
Little peaches did make me a card at school I don’t wanna show off or anything but it’s so artistic I think he might be the next big artist or something
He was well proud and excited to give it to me
its the thought that counts right

I am on a live chat with Amazon customer service. He keeps asking if I am safe. Not sure if my address has changed for one in a way zone or what. Going round in circles with him. It was only about a missing delivery that was worth £3.99. At this point Jeff Bezos can keep my £3.99 and enjoy a coffee on me!!
