Me too, but in reverse. Red Coke makes my teeth all furry. I know Coke Zero is bad for me but I still drink too much, much too much actually. But hey ho. It's my only 'vice' these days!I can’t drink Coke Zero, I can taste the differenceit’s not as nice as normal coke. Whenever I see my sister she tries to get me to taste Coke Zero and catch me out but she never can cos I can taste the difference! Normal coke is my downfall

I just worked out that that is over £4 a day. My habit is bad, but not quite that bad. I buy the boxes of 24 cans when they are on offer for £9. I drink 3 or 4 cans a day so my habit is around £1.50 a day. It's my brother and I that drink it so I guess it works out £2 each. We buy the exact same boxes you're talking about but from Costco instead hence how I got the figure .. It's actually really bad and I'm not sure we'll ever stop but we need to

@ordinaryjelly thank you for your lovely post. You have a way with words... they bring a lot of comfort to me. This thread is full of wonderful people and I know I can post whether it's good or bad but I guess the irrational part of my brain convinced me that I was being an annoying pain! I became very aware I was constantly posting about my ex and nearly a year later I'm still not ok. In all honesty, I feel embarassed about it, I wish I could just let go of him. Thank you once again.

I’m deffo going to try this face mask though it looks good!Of course, you are more than welcome. You will let go of him when the time is right for you. Break ups are never easy, sometimes we can get over someone very quickly, sometimes it takes longer. But you won't always be stuck on him. I'm sorry you are struggling though. Like I said above, so what if you constantly post about your ex. People can scroll on by if they want, if it is your day and relevant to you then carry on if it is helpful. No-one has to read or respond to every post if they don't want to.
