She's like Kim Kardashian I think, it's clear kim was repulsed by Kanye alot of the time, she liked a "jock" (as Americans would say) like Reggiebut she was 32 and desperate to be married so I believe both her and Chiara just wanted people to comment how they were the "perfect couple" "amazing wedding" "family goals" etc.
Unfortunately for them, as much as you try, you can't keep a fake narrative running forever.
