There's a difference between being a bit messy to being a slob though. Clothes thrown on the floor which are days or even weeks old is just slob behavior. They're not even piled up on the laundry basket. I could understand that if you don't have the time to do laundry as long as the dirty clothes are on their designated spot and not all over the place. She's just making excuses.

paid/ sponsored ad's when the opportunities come along. Youtube as well as she'll have enough views/subscribers to monetise her channel through adverts, sponsorships, premium subscribers etc. I imagine she made extra when she had her merch shop open so has been living off that a bit and i would guess is now running out hence her upcoming subscription box release

She says items are great coming out of that latest box but her face says something else. Same tat in every box, they just give the box a new theme. The box before was music themed and she didn't get the references at all, just said it was all good. She must be getting bored with it all surely but I suppose it's better than working for a living.

Her latest video is truly awful, I don't think she's read the Harry Potter books or at least, not the last couple. She didn't get many of the references, even though practically everyone in the comments did, and then goes on to say 'I can't remember everything' surely she could easily look to see what's in the box beforehand and look them up rather than look so inept on the video. Or, and this is radical, she could actually read the books! seems like she just can't be bothered and doesn't think she needs to, sadly she's probably right.

It drives me up the wall the number of things she just doesn't get. I'm a very casual fan (I don't have a house, a patronus or a wand), I've never seen any of the films and it's been at least two or three years since I last read the books and I'm yelling at the screen because how does she not recognise this, she's a professional fan!!!!

Just seen that honestly she’s so out of touch, I don’t think her life is super expensive I remember reading someone said she lives in a pretty cheap area so her house isn’t super expensive, also she’s not really got a social life so I assume that’s why she just spends money on rubbish! The thing is last year her channel used to be doing well and her videos were getting millions of views so she’s probably got a bit of cash from that but honestly if I was her I’d be saving all my money seeing as most of her videos nowadays barely hit the 40k mark, pretty embarrassing when you’ve got a channel with supposedly 800,000 subscribers!

This was she can do it looking like an ultra good person (look my values are so amazing I’m giving less support to something I love), and also not addressing the fact she’s just generally been a bit over it recently but still wanted to make money from YouTube.

She also denies to speak up about her (obvious) beef with Geek Gear. A lot of people asked her during her lives about it repetedly, and have been ignored. She thiks about herselfs as 'queen of HP mystery boxes' - she's so much engaged into unboxings and reviews, that she decided to collaborate with Geek Gear to create a box of her dreams. There were two boxes, before suddenly - they split off. From November she's not even receiving any regular GeekGear boxes (but she was in their warehouse in November to take care of the delay crisis and PR). While promoting her own boxes she even acted a bit controversial being rude when it came to other companies' boxes. After a little boycott, she stepped back, being extraordinary nice revieving the same box the following month. As unboxing is a veeeeery easy content, she also grabbed a few Hagrid's Hut boxes (btw amazing boxes) so I thought their creators will be the next ones to collaborate with. Hell no! She announced that she will do less unboxings due to c-word connected delays, and announced her collaboration plans with... LitJoy for... 2021 xD YUP! It's probably the most expensive boxes, a Harry Potter fan can choose, so it wasn't welcomed very well, so again.. people started to ask - what happened to geek gear. She was promoting them with her name on boxes, she made money on it. She could have been overwhelmed with people worried that their boxes won't arrive on Xmas. She was replying to lots of such comments, and that also made her look very connected with the brand. Suddenly everything went silent.

Her income depends on Harry Potter related content. You won't bite a hand that feeds you, they say. Her poor, little actions against transphobic JKR's tweets are nothing more than pinkwashing to me.

It just what all influencers do isn’t it, a bit like with the Balsam Hill Christmas tree etc (I doubt she paid for it what any ordinary Joe would have to pay) they say they want something or thinking of “buying” something and put the subtle feelers out, hoping a company will be along with either a hefty discount for a bit of name dropping or getting a video sponsored etc!
