She’s really trying to get away from potter on her channel but it just doesn’t get the views it’ll be interesting to see if she mentions the new Mina Lima book that’s coming out next month I doubt she’s even preordered it

I'm really glad she's doing less and less Harry potter stuff because honestly anything else is better than Harry fucking potter. Well, maybe not advent calendars. Those are awful too. Maybe she should lean further into actually being a booktuber, do some reading vlogs etc.

I bloody hate the awful unboxings of more and more obscure H P crap, I don’t know how all those companies keep going who buys them, who can afford them?

I completely agree!! I first found Cherry through her unboxings a few years ago, and admittedly I liked watching them. I don't buy HP merch personally (each to their own) but I liked to see the type of stuff included and guess the references from the books.

Now, the boxes are unbearable and so repetitive. I feel like the majority of them are so obscure with barely any reference to HP and it's just cheap tat (and don't get me started on those blind mystery bags - again, each to their own but not for me!)

Even the HP make up collections and advent calendars are boring and cheap (with the exception of the Colourpop collab, which actually seemed decent quality)

and shes literally listing 1 thing she has to do a day that means she cant work for the rest of the day...
like accountancy meeting, lets say 3 hours absolute max,
dentist 2 fillings = an hour tops,
therapy 1-2 hours,
hair appointment, i know this can be longer for ladies and depending what gets done so ill be very safe and say no more than 3 hours

Exactly an accountancy meeting isn’t going to be all day! Honestly she’s just lazy! one day her YouTuber money will dry up then she’ll finally get a taste of having to actually work for a living!

She isn't the brightest bulb in the box at all, christ does she not realise people have google?! She's mentioned and shown going shopping "near home" in her haul vlogs in Matlock, Darley Dale etc and the line goes between them so anyone can work it out! She really thinks she's something, when in reality its all smoke and mirrors.

so I've missed all the tea so I have a couple of questions/ requests for screenshots, explanations or links:

Who's the guy fighting with Victoria? and what/ where is Cherry getting involved

As far as my other opinions go id say Victoria is definitely a die hard fan on par with the Potter collector in terms of a US comparison, she just finished a thesis I believe, that was in Harry potter whereas we all know of Cherrys interest or apparent lack thereof. Saying this I do get the vibe that Victoria is a catty 'housewife' persona if that makes sense. From what I've see of other potter creators that isn't a case of the majority though I would theorise that to be a content creator you have to be on the extreme end of a self promoter and if that includes your image you must have an exaggerated ego than most people which would in my opinion lead to conflict or at the very least friction, and that's even before regarding the competitive nature of it for getting partnerships, event invites, gifts and viewers/fans/likes and subscribers
