Can you request/offer to downsize when dependants have moved out?

No, people are presuming she was though. Yes you can request to downsize and councils will normally jump on it. She also could have requested a transfer to another area IF she is council tenant.
I don't know why the sister doesn't ever seem to give those children any downtime at home. Imagine getting your kids up at that hour and they on "holiday". It's nearly as miserable as tignam's one over in Mauritius!

I’m very surprised considering the online bullying the girls suffered that she’s sharing their public accounts with thousands of strangers

The tallest boy had his nose broken & the little scrote that did it even went for him at the school when she was just a few feet away collecting one of the other boys.
There was a death announcement shared on social media for one of the twins including funeral details, there were other incidents too but that one really stood out. Not sure what the outcome was, I know with her son the school weren’t very supportive which resulted in her pulling the boys out of school until she could source an alternative.
Well it is certainly strange then to broadcast their lives so much on social media …..

I never knew this. It makes her keeping them out and school and doing their weird kittle educational trips make sense.
Her and her sister have careers from social media so i understand why she wouldn't let vile bullies stop that for her own kids.
I would prefer to protect my children than throw them to the lions for a few likes on insta

Yeah it annoys me because it usually doesn't make grammatical sense. Like she will insert a word that is a verb as Gaeilge and use it as a noun.
They’re both very overweight and the absolute gluttony of guzzling of the free food on the wheezy trips away is truly disgusting
I'm very sure Sue is repeating her content. Her story now said someone is not going to Germany because they will go into Lockdown so they will change their flight to Milan,.. where Sue has a hotel recommendations.
