So they get no schooling at all?
She homeschools them. I do remember something about bullying going on with her son and maybe one of the twins ( correct me if I'm wrong). So that might have contributed to her decision. So they get no schooling at all?
She has said on her stories she doesn’t home school… they would do work from the school books but she doesn’t do it with them. She also changed the boys to a different school and they loved it supposedly. Not sure about the twins but I get a whack of them helping a lot with the younger ones. Probably not a bad thing but they need to be kids and not have to always be looking after the small ones. So I really do think them all being home benefits her - no early mornings/drops to school, they have more time to go galavanting while the rest of ireland have to work/go to school etc…. I just think she’s being a very selfish/lazy parent. You could try and say that’s not true but she said she wasn’t sending them back originally cos Kildare had such a bad outbreak at one stage. They never went back. Then she starts travelling either with or without the kids and not fully vaccinated at that. So the risk is greater than a school. Also flashing being vaccinated means nothing, you can still catch covid and pass it on. Everyone thinks once vaccinated they can go around literally licking everyone. You still need to be incredibly careful. She’s using covid to suit herself to be honest, with her benefitting from it all and the kids suffering (not seeing friends or interacting with kids their age etc). You could argue too she brings her kids to historical places and learn a lot from that but seriously who needs that info later in life??? That won’t get you far in life really. But you do you Corina, for that content you so crave. Just don’t be giving out about the education system in this country anymore if you can’t even bother to send your kids to school. She homeschools them. How does she not get into bother with the dept of education not having them in school ?She has said on her stories she doesn’t home school… they would do work from the school books but she doesn’t do it with them. You just register to home school. Complete an application. Someone is supposed to call out to you but I think they have been busy etc since covid. You can homeschool as you choose. How does she not get into bother with the dept of education not having them in school ?
Ah right don’t know much about it so was wondering, I know some of her kids had issues with bullying and that’s horrendous but it’s a bit task taking on home schooling in my opinion. You just register to home school. She definitely had a follow up & they were happy with the support they were getting both at home & at school. I remember whoever contacted her asked about the possibility of a room on their own at school but sure we all know schools just don’t have the space or the staff to provide that. I imagine when things have improved there will be a home inspection but the kids are doing school work for sure, I remember her talking about it.You just register to home school. what was the death announcement? I dont follow her but i think bullying was mentioned before wither on this thread or another that the kids have had an awful time.... 8 kids fair play to her i just wouldnt be able! She definitely had a follow up & they were happy with the support they were getting both at home & at school. Being honest I’d say it’s a relief being able to keep them home. They’ve had their fair share of bullying. The death announcement for her daughter must have been awful to deal with especially when she had just got the boys settled in their new school. I wouldn’t hold it against her keeping them home for an extended period.
Firstly her son had an ongoing issue in his previous school resulting in a broken nose. While he was still off school she had him with her at the school picking up siblings one day & the bully appeared & went for him again. School still wasn’t interested so she pulled all the boys out & kept them home until she found another school.what was the death announcement? She’s dead right keeping them away from school if that’s the case, my god how awful must that have been for the poor kids, horrendous!Firstly her son had an ongoing issue in his previous school resulting in a broken nose. I forget the exact details about her daughter but there was a death notice shared on social media with funeral details at one stage. There wasn’t much more about that but I think it was close to the schools closing for Covid. If it was me I’d be afraid of my life sending them back to school. There’s no way I’d send my kids in if it wasn’t resolved. Right now they’re all happy & healthy & thats all we want for our kids.
