No, people are presuming she was though. Yes you can request to downsize and councils will normally jump on it. She also could have requested a transfer to another area IF she is council tenant.I was sure she owned the last house? Did she say she was given a council house.

There was a death announcement shared on social media for one of the twins including funeral details, there were other incidents too but that one really stood out. Not sure what the outcome was, I know with her son the school weren’t very supportive which resulted in her pulling the boys out of school until she could source an alternative.

My brother in Law is from near Hamburg and he said all their restrictions will end in this month. Does that sound like going into lockdown to you?
