Oh I’d say she is & has done on previous pregnancies but I don’t think it’s right. I’m sure the teens in particular would be happy to stay home & enjoy quiet time before another baby arrives

Yeah she really got up my nose making that comment yesterday. The Wineport is an expensive (some may say overpriced) place to stay. I've no doubt that it would be a real treat to stay there. But people are struggling to put food on the table, petrol in their cars, pay their rent/mortgage - and she would be aware of this working for a Council office in Dublin. It's easy for her to say we should treat ourselves when she's not paying for her own stay. And the stays she does pay for are cheap "bargain" spots.

You worded it so much better than me, it’s fairly easy when you don’t have to put your hand in your pocket to recommended that people go places when as you say people are struggling.
So out of touch with reality the pair of them, I’m sure if and she probably is reading here she would call me a troll or a begrudger but I’m neither I just can’t abide that shite.

On WAI front page, there should be a suggestion box where you can type in an instagrammer's name and they will add their profile to WAI. I've done it a few times before and the accounts I suggest have always been added to WAI in less than 24hours.

I agree it's not ok to buy a duckling for a tik tok fad/challenge but there is no problem with buying a duckling as a cared for pet and for producing eggs for consumption. Her ducklings are farmyard ducks

Showing them on her social media is likely going to encourage other people to buy them as pets for their own kids with probably no idea how to care for them.

i bet those kids would love a bit of sun, a beach and a waterpark…

If she is homeschooling these trips are arguably informative and a learning opportunity, think of them more as field trips than holidays
