I'm not an Iceland shopper but recently picked up a pack of their lemon cleaning wipes £1 for 66 and I had to post because wow are they amazing at cleaning white trainers (lord knows what chemicals they're permeated with but I'm all for it ).

M&S cleaning products are really good and very competitively priced. Just got the dishwasher tablets and they are only £3.50 a bag and way better than any of the ten quid a bag branded stuff.

Also the Green Tea and Jasmine disinfectant smells way better than Zoflora and is a massive bottle for £3.

Primark's £6 cosy leggings (the ones with the fleecy inside lining). They are so comfortable and warm.

Superdrug's own Moisturising Lip Balms (shea butter, watermelon or peach flavours). I don't know why these work so well but I haven't had dry lips all winter and usually they're really bad.
These are cheap and I've stuck with them when I've never settled on a favourite lip balm before.

I've recommended Amazon Basics microfibre fitted bedsheets before, so luxurious and soft.

Well now I'm back to also shout out the Amazon Basics microfibre pillowcases. Smooth and soft to touch, they 'feel' way more expensive than they actually are lol.

I've bought the Aldi one but have a slight preference for Lidl's version.
We have Nescafe in work and it tastes horrible! Might start bringing my own in.

Really can't fathom how Nescafe became the default coffee. Its fuckin horrible. We have this one in the kitchen at work. Tastes like Bovril or something.

It's not cheap, but was actually free - a birthday gift for my sister that she loved

My sis turned thirty and because I couldn't see her on the day but wanted her to have something, I made her a playlist on Spotify, with the song that was top of the charts, each year, since her birth on that date. It took me about 15 min to look up the songs and a few minutes to search them for on Spotify.

My oldest is turning 40 next week monday, he's really into music and I really didn't know what to get him for his birthday, so I made this playlist starting '83, ending with Miley Cyrus' Flowers.
My youngest son and my daughter think it's the perfect gift for him - I'm also sure he'll appreciate it.
And meanwhile, it brought back a lot of good memories, from the time when I was still fresh and fruity...

Why is The Body Shop so expensive now?!

Usually Ikea candles are shite but I picked up two the other day and holy shit, they smell good.

I got 'Avmala' (green wax, smells like cedar, eucalyptus and pine) as part of my friend's housewarming gift, and 'Jamlik' for myself (white wax, smells like a very rich vanilla, almost rice pudding like) and they only cost €3 for the 40h of burn time version.

Oh the perfumes also from Lidl I have one it’s a dupe for la vie belle. Does it last all day? Absolutely not. But it’s good enough to last an hour and cheap enough to spray again it’s like £3 for 80MLs. I use it to cover up the scent of when I’ve had a fag when I’m out

I love having a bath using Dove Shea Butter and Warm Vanilla caring bath. It cost €3 for a big bottle, I find you don't need a lot to yield a good amount of bubbles and it leaves a lovely vanilla smell on my skin after the bath. I definitely recommend it, feels wayyy more luxurious than it is.

Aldi’s racer (snickers) bars are better than the real thing. Also love their deodorant, find it really good, only one I don’t seem to smell wearing scrubs at work

Tesco fabric softener is great.
Pink stuff stain remover is better than any of the bigger brands.

Home Bargains 59p baby wipes are the best ones i’ve tried. Their chicken nuggets are just like mcdonald’s too (the ones with the purple and white bag)

Also after years of using Persil non bio for my children’s eczema prone skin i have switched to Asda own non bio powder and it’s been great. Leaves clothes smelling really nice and doesn’t aggravate the kids skin.

anything superdrug own brand. it's all cruelty free (yay), cheap as fuck, much of it vegan and the scents they have are so lovely. bodywash, skin and hair care, dental stuff. even cotton buds etc - would defo recommend

Seconded! I love their Vitamin E range, esp the eye cream, gentle eye makeup remover, micellar solution, and hot cloth cleanser (that one's had a lot of love on the groomed/glamorous thread).
They're often on like a '3 for...' or '5 for...' type promotion too.
