I hate Fridays, its always my busiest day as I work with numpties who save up problems all week then send them to me on Fridays to sort out. (usually at 4 o'clock)

I am determined to do NOTHING this weekend; my plan is PJs, sofa, remote control and nothing much else

I did spend a small fortune on a candle from the White Company but got 20% off. Merry Christmas to me

That's my plan too!

I am gradually winding down my workload as I'm hoping to fly out to South Africa in the next couple of weeks and spend 3 or 4 weeks with my family (depending on the lockdown/tiering fiasco)

But this weekend I don't have anything big planned. So just want to lounge around in my dressing gown or t-shirt and tracky bottoms and slum it for 48 hours (to break up the laziness I might have some cybersex with my girl if I play my cards right, ha!)

I'm so glad its Friday, and even better I've booked Monday off for a slightly longer weekend! Usually Fridays in work are not good - I'm in IT and we used to do a lot of production releases on Fridays but we got it out yesterday so a pretty chill day!

Also bought one of those robot vacuum cleaners in the black friday sales so I'm excited for that haha.

When I used to work for an IT company, monthend was always the busiest time, not only for Finance departments, but also for IT departments making sure all the company's applications were up and working at midnight on the final day of the month, especially for the accounting journals, sales, purchasing etc.

I would quite often be on "Out of Hours" call out at double or triple overtime if something went tits up at that time

I want one, but I’m a bit anal with things on the worktops so I’d probably shove it in a cupboard and forget about it, my hubs thinks I’m mad! have you tried it yet?
Yeah but me and my fella are a pair of fucking idiots and didn't realise you get the espresso and milk pods separate so we made it and was like 'wtf where is the milk!?' Neither of us realised the milk pods were in the box, so we just added our own milk so I googled it went and checked and seen the milk pods so we're gonna try them again in a bit so we're not off our heads on coffee

Has anybody’s opinion changed after watching the highlights of I’m a celeb? Don’t think there’s any animosity between Shane and AJ, I don’t think the editing in previous episodes has been very fair to either of them.

Yeah I think they've made up drama to have some sort of tension. They all seem reeeallly pally and they probs know no one likes it when their all happy and dead friendly

That really annoys me and I don’t think they should do it, as it changes someone’s perception of a person and could be quite damaging.
who would you like to win?

Oooh love chit chat! I didn’t watch the highlights show, I always think it will be boring.

I’ve bought so much Black Friday stuff asos had a sale so I’ve ordered way too much, don’t even have anywhere to wear it

whats everyone up to on our final Sunday in lockdown? ( in England anyway) I’m watching old school made in Chelsea

White wine drinkers, can you recommend a nice white to me please? Budget around £10-£15.

I need to get a bottle for a friend of mine for Christmas and she only drinks white. Problem is I only drink red, so don't have a clue what to go for. I know Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc are probably the most popular, but don't know if there's an preferred brand?

She's quite easy going so I'm sure she'll be happy enough anyway, but would love to hear any recommendations that anyone might have

I personally prefer McGuigans Black Label, I usually drink red but it’s playing havoc with my teeth it makes them yellow. I think they’re 2 for £10 at Morribobs at the min, usually retail between £7/8 normally. Hope this helps

Jacobs Creek Chardonnay, is my favourite drink. Nice flavour and a good price too - about £6 for a 75cl bottle

Can't believe we're almost at the end of another year!

One month left to go and we'll be talking about New Year resolutions and the hope of a safer year.

Not sure where this year went other than being completely immersed with 24/7 news of the pandemic and how the government is dealing with it.

I used to keep a daily blog at the start of the year, but gave up on it by June July due to Covid. I think everyone will be hoping for better news next year, especially with the vaccine roll-out.

We all need some positivity at the end of this horrible tunnel
