Just seen her 35684 million stories. She sure is going on about it a lot and rather invested in this site to say she isn’t bothered at all! Why give it the time of day then 🤷‍♀️

Simply calorie counting will make you lose weight. You could eat all your calories in rubbish food, but if you burn off more than those calories you will lose weight. However you will not be healthy. Your body will be crying out for nutrients in different ways. She is eating way more calories than her body needs/she is burning off. It’s quite clear. 900 calorie Easter egg for breakfast, imagine how many more calories she had by the end of the day.

I’ve been following for a while, I’ve wanted to unfollow from the rubbish food she eats but in all honestly I’m sticking around for the car crash!

Massive pizza with #diet and #healthyeating 🤭 ok then, as long as you’re in a calorie deficit like she keeps saying. Too busy to eat healthy! Obviously too much effort to pick up an apple or banana and easier to get another chocolate egg. Poor excuses. Just pick up an apple, nothing to do with being busy at all.

I started following her just after her husband left her, as BM shared her profile. Had no idea what a struggle she was having.

Delicious balanced diet?! Costa.. KFC and mounds of tit. To say she lost 8lbs she must be incredibly heavy or god knows how much she was eating when she was off Instagram. I feel really bad for those desperate for WLS trying really hard and doing everything they can to be approved by the NHS and then there is her! Such a wasted opportunity. She will do ok the first 8 or 9 months...then plateau and start regaining. 20200604_112350.jpg

Oh I know I actually unfollowed her as it is grotesque. She needs therapy for it. I really feel for her its almost like an addiction.
I used to follow, but my god, she was taking the piss with her eating and it made me feel
sick! Having lost 4 stone, I know how hard it is, mentally more than anything, and I know she's a single mum and a nurse, but she had surgery booked, yet kept on eating and piling on the pounds like it meant nothing. She can't get it done now, and tbh, they should take her off the list as she doesn't deserve the surgery so many people want and need as she's reckless and doesn't seem to give a tit! 😡

To be fair to her she risks her life everyday at the moment as a nurse to help others so if she wants to also risk it getting in a hot tub within 2m of someone I say fair play.

I would disagree sorry but everyones allowed an opinion... i have family memebers who have died from it, ones who cant leave their house due to shielding, i have family in the NHS none of which are hot tubbing with people.

I do see where you are coming from, and I’m really sorry for your loss :-( I just meant that I thought it was a bit harder to judge someone who is expected to risk their lives for others on a daily basis anyway.

I agree with you, I think it actually makes it worse she is Nhs and risking her life as it just makes socially distancing look irrelevant. She’s posted online for thousands to see. What if those people look at her and think “she’s not even adhering to the rules, why should we” she’s a bad example. I’m sure everyone has broken the rules a little bit but don’t post it online for everyone to see

Being a nurse doesn’t give you the right to break lockdown rules though.

Teachers, carers, shop workers ect are all risking their lives working throughout this pandemic as well, would it be acceptable for them to break lockdown rules?!

Thank you, and its fine honestly everyone is allowed their own opinion and as an NHS worker i appreicate all she does and the fact she risks her life but she is setting a really poor example and she could easily have covid 19 pass it to that woman, that woman then goes to asda gives it to multiple people there and so and so and so on, i dont want to be a party pooper at all but its a deadly disease! Hope your staying safe xx

What’s even worse is that she could catch Covid from that woman in the hot tub and pass it on to one of the vulnerable patients she is looking after at work! Why should others lives be put at risk because she wants to have a fun night with wine on a hot tub. X

I work in the NHS, not a nurse but a HCA and wouldn't dream of breaking the guidelines by not socially distancing. Considering lots of people are shedding the virus with no symptoms it's so dangerous!! She should know better

@Sickofinstacrap I didn’t read your comment properly, I’ve just read you lost loved ones to the virus. I’m so sorry, sorry I didn’t acknowledge it before too. Love to you and your family xx
