And so the weight gain begins again 🤦🏻‍♀️ She’ll slack off, keep maintaining and eventually start reversing, I can see it already!

Not sure if a thread has been made about her but my god, her food habits are horrendous. Followed her for a good while, single mother, currently awaiting weight loss surgery whilst doing calorie counting yet every single meal is extremely unhealthy.. Like Emma Drew, she needs serious help in overcoming her unhealthy habits. She's having her surgery free on the NHS, has a terrible history with food but thinks weight loss surgery is the answer to all of her problems.

Thoughts?

She has 10k followers but hardly any comments on her post, she has an awful relationship with food, and I can’t believe even after WLS she is still eating all the crap!

When she said she was disappointed because she thought she would be a lot lighter by Christmas. Like...you still could be? You’ve already lost nearly two stone so just keep going. I understand fully what it’s like to battle with your weight and yo-yo but she really doesn’t seem to understand that this isn’t going to be some overnight magic bullet where she’s suddenly thin.

Her surgery was cancelled due to Covid. I do feel for her but I seriously hope she uses this time to get in the best shape possible for surgery and reduce the risks, not to mention make things easier for her surgeon and anaesthetist. I give it a week before she is back to eating KFC at her desk and an entire box of biscuits and calling it stress
Why give her a date knowing it was unlikely to go ahead? She SHOULD use this time to capitalise on the weight she's lost and shed the rest of it, but I don't think she will and it'll be "Day 1" in a few weeks AGAIN because the mental battle wouldn't have been solved.... 🙄

I’ve been following for a while, I’ve wanted to unfollow from the rubbish food she eats but in all honestly I’m sticking around for the car crash!

it does wind me up when she makes it seem like all the weight was with mounjaro, creates a false impression of the success she's had.

Delicious balanced diet?! Costa.. KFC and mounds of shit. To say she lost 8lbs she must be incredibly heavy or god knows how much she was eating when she was off Instagram. I feel really bad for those desperate for WLS trying really hard and doing everything they can to be approved by the NHS and then there is her! Such a wasted opportunity. She will do ok the first 8 or 9 months...then plateau and start regaining. 20200604_112350.jpg

Didn't she say the other day she was busy and it was convenient to just eat all this crap? Isn't it convenient to just grab a banana or an apple too, or even an overpriced fruit pot from M&S? Literally no fruit or veg passes her lips does it.

I’ve got no experience with gastric sleeves but should she be able to eat that much? No judgement, I just assumed the sleeve meant you were restricted to small portions for life?

I have a gastric sleeve. I could probably eat about that much now, 7 years out, on a more calorie dense day. I definitely do not snack as much as her though, her meals should be filling her up enough IMO!

She’s so obsessed with the number on the scale that she doesn’t think about what she’s putting in her body.
