I’d not heard of her before this but .... 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 jeeeeees.

I agree with everything said. She clearly has a seriously unhealthy relationship with food. I think her favourite colour is beige. Literally nothing healthy within her diet at all, despite “calorie counting”

I get, especially at the moment, nurses are seriously overworked. But does that mean she doesn’t have 30 mins a week to do a food shop and 10 minutes a night to make a lunch for the following day?!

I actually used to work with someone that had weight loss surgery, whose diet looked like this girls, and many a lunch time did she ask “why are you eating a salad and fruit?”, when she sat there with chocolate etc etc for lunch 😩😩

She’s also had a few days of barely eating anything. I think she’s chasing the number on the scales rather than thinking about what she should be eating.

it was on a story not grid post, she has a liquid diet now I think? I hope the op goes well with no complications, but, I also really hope she seeks psychological help for the food addiction otherwise it’s all for nothing
100% - if the relationship with food is not fixed, the surgery isn’t going to solve anything

How do you know she has covid? She might be out of isolation- I’m counting down my days to freedom currently!
She posted on her story this morning that she was walking to the garage on day 8 of isolation. But she’s now deleted that so obviously got some backlash

Battered cod and mushy peas for breakfast. I understand she wanted something savory but what about an omelette or something

And last night didn't prep dinner after work so had coholate instead. I really like Charlie but her relationship with food is bad. I understand she has a stressful job and works long shifts but she also posts just as many stories or posts about watching several TV series and netflix and chill days. She should spend that time meal prepping

The post she says she was never able to just hop on a plane?! One year pre pandemic she was in Spain a few times. Think her parents own an apartment out there 🤥🤥

I work in the NHS, not a nurse but a HCA and wouldn't dream of breaking the guidelines by not socially distancing. Considering lots of people are shedding the virus with no symptoms it's so dangerous!! She should know better

I think it is the fact she is so newly post op that is the issue. A normal diet of course has a little of what you fancy but she should be steering well clear of fast food for at least 7 or 8 months post op! Mostly out of fear of dumping syndrome. If you look at her feed she is already reaching for a lot of lazy meal options instead of prepping food from scratch.
It was obvious it wouldn't last as a band/sleeve doesn't cure your food addiction, it's a mental issue! Unless you try hard to lose the weight yourself, understand why you overeat and curb the big portions and binge eating, everything else will be a quick fix! But there's no telling people like her, they'll learn the hard way - and serves them right! 🙄

I think she looks amazing at the minute. She seems to be doing incredibly well and sticking to her WLS follow up routine - fair play to her.

I thought this about her too, would of thought better of a nurse. She may live off minimal calories when she’s being strict but it’s all crap. She never eats anything nutritious so how will surgery help! So annoying she will get it for free too. She’s been on slimming world and other diets for years and never got anywhere!

Someone I know reported a nurse to their trust, along with evidence of her breaking the rules. They are investigating it.

So she posted her gain to hold herself accountable, and promptly disappeared again... I assume this means it’s not going well. I think she needs therapy; I don’t mean that in a derogatory way, I mean literal therapy to aid her with the very obvious disordered eating problem she’s struggling with... I’m actually worried for her, there’s only so much your body can take physically, and she has a child to think of

I don't know how she's not embarrassed and lacks any sort of awareness of how shit her food choices are. She is blatantly making no effort whatsoever and in that post with the bread and butter even jokes about more nutritious meals... She is making a mockery of weight loss surgery

If she has this surgery done, then she’s going to have a massive shock when she can’t eat as much shite as before. That’s why a lot of people get post-surgery related depression.
