Yeah, I think people might have been less inclined to automatically believe it if she didn't already have a reputation for being a bit aggro.

Not wanting to be pestered by weird fans is fair enough, but she made an event for Olivia Rodrigo about herself by screaming abuse at a photographer who wasn't even speaking to her (and he wasn't a pap following her he was a photographer for a red carpet she was willingly posing on), she's had her team demand things for free from small creators, she's lied about her background....

It all adds up.

Apparently it was one of Sabrina Carpenter’s security. If someone else’s security felt the need to go up and speak to them, given what his statement says, it sounds like the child had been making a bit of a nuisance of herself for days.

I think it is mad how out for blood people seem to be over this scenario - it seems to have snowballed beyond all reason. So “she” asked a kid not not look at her? Ok, so she’s a diva? Get over it! I think what's getting lost is that the one who caused this situation and the one acting disproportionately was the security guard. Why, when he was working for Sabrina, he got involved with a Chappell non-situation, is truly weird. Whether Chappell asked him to or not, he chose to throw his weight around by yelling at a mum and a little girl, who he made cry. Acting like a tough guy by berating non-threatening people when the situation never called for it.

I really thought she grew up in a trailer park. Struggled for $$$.

But her parents were doing alright for themselves.

Did her pr sell this back story.. or did the internet get a tidbit and run wild and she didn't correct.

She is a particular breed of celebrity that I have no time for. She wants the accolades, doesn't shy away from the limelight but publicly vents about her annoyances of fame. CR comes across so smug, like she's not a pop star but an artìst .

Any bodyguard would know of her 'boundaries' prior to any outing. She seems to have a dislike for children anyway, she seems to hate everything except herself.
