I believe everyone knows she was guilty and complicit in Caylee's death but the court outcome was correct in terms of the law. They did not prove their case and didn't offer a different charge that they could prove.

I don't know if the rules of double jeopardy only apply to the very specific charge or if they would cover similar charges but I can't see her every being prosecuted.
My personal view is that Caylee's death was unintentional but foreseeable. I believe she was neglected or sedated, something along those lines; Casey caused her death. She didn't set out to kill her that day but would have known her actions could have that outcome, almost, passively killing her. Once she was dead, Casey's only concern was herself. She is absolute rum.
