If it was BBC they’d probably bring out Stacy Dooley 😏

I’d like Ian Sterling, he’s been there from the start and he could easily do the small amount of on screen stuff if he had guest presenters on the after show, I’d be ok with Laura Whitmore helping him out in that if needs must 😏

doesn’t have to be female 😐

This isn’t our fault, I wouldn’t even say this is the press’ fault. She was troubled and had obvious issues. Her family couldn’t help her and rehab couldn’t help her.

In what world do you wake up in the morning, peruse your wardrobe for a court outfit, and come up with that?? 😆 I mean don't get me wrong she has an incredible figure, but if there was a day for a plain long-trousered suit this was it! Daft tart!
Agree her figure is sublime, and wearing that to a bar would be very hot. But given the ground of the matter you’d surely be going for butter wouldn’t melt demure English rose it couldn’t possibly be me I’m so innocent... who’s advising her? Get off the coke caz. Your brain is scrambling.

Her outfit was awful. She should get new PR they’re doing nothing for her. If you want to look ‘sexy’ for court look at Naomi Campbell, not Shirley from Eastenders.

Being claimed she’s going to the Cabin in
Chiang Mai for treatment for ‘stress’ a quick google lists them as alcohol and drug rehab centre....
Bit presumptuous for her to assume she'll be free to fly to another country after her court case.

It's been a long time since I've been in Chiang Mai but it was a good place to score very strong weed and opium from memory. Happy holidays Cazza!

I haven't been this shocked since pixie geldof.

The focus probably should be mental health, it's one of the biggest killers of young people.
You mean Peaches. Pixie is still alive.

Although there was an interesting theory about Peaches death not actually being drug related but that's how it was played out to the media.

I can't stand the Flack, but has anyone considered she might have plead not guilty because there's another version of events?

This whole business of hitting a guy on the head with a lamp *while he's asleep* never rang true for me. I mean, if that's true, then it's not heat-of-the-argument stuff, it's calculated-cold-blooded-murder stuff. Even for a troubled hothead like Caroline, it just doesn't make sense. She's more about the confrontation. EDIT TO ADD: the only source we have for the "while asleep" story is Lewis himself.

Then there's the perfect boyfriend himself, loyally standing by his woman. Is Lewis the truly forgiving type, or does he just want to get back into Caroline's good graces so that she forgives his philandering?

Don't even get me started on Andrew Brady. Anyone who saw him on CBB knows he's a vain fame whore and a user. He's an Apprentice reject, FFS. He'll say anything to stay relevant.
Ah, the Andrew Brady asked for it defence. 💩

Urm, except there is evidence via police body cams, ambulance technician phone call recordings and physical injury caused by Flack. None of this can be lied about in court from emergency services. If CPS is prosecuting - there is sufficient evidence whether her boyfriend retracts his statement or not.

Not denying she did anything wrong, but we haven’t seen the body cam footage and have no idea the incidents that led to this. I’m really not a fan of hers and am not defending her behaviour in anyway as I’m sure she has done wrong, but at the moment only a fraction of truth is out there
No, we haven’t seen the body cam footage. But the CPS has, and has enough evidence to take it to court even without her boyfriends statement as a victim. Speaks volumes if you ask me.

The only thing anyone can say for sure is that you need to be in a very dark place to take your own life. That’s it. That’s all anyone knows for definite. It’s very sad. Why it happened only Caroline knows. The best thing for people to do now instead of speculating why it happened is keep suicide awareness at the forefront of the conversation along with discussion about access to mental health services both NHS and privately.
One of my young adult Son’s went through a very dark period while he was at University and when he looked for help and counselling he was at the back of a 5 month waiting list. Without boring you all he left university and came home and has, thankfully, almost fully recovered.

Mental health is such an important issue these days .

Ant obviously has better PR.....admit you’re an addict straight away and plead guilty....rightly or wrongly gets a fair bit of public sympathy, goes away for a while to sort himself out and comes back and straight back into his ITV contract

Caroline has yet to admit she has a problem with anything. The fact she loves coke won’t be looked at as favourably as Ant being addicted to prescription drugs due to an injury.....she should have just plead guilty. Over and done with she could have said she was getting treatment for her issues etc and people would soon forget....now it’ll get dragged through the press for at least another month

Thoughts are with her family.

Not much else I can say because I’ve made many posts on this thread,
I also don’t regret them,
I can pass comment on a public figure who’s put their lives online, we all do it, it’s normal, it doesn’t make us bad people for passing judgement or gossiping about her,
and it doesn’t make her a bad person because she (publicly) messed up in the last few years

I feel sorry for her parents and family left behind, and for her.
nobody ever wants to see a life end like this.
I agree 💯 but imo itv need to can that show. The aftercare is shockingly nonexistent. Too busy protecting PS to give a rats behind about the rest.

Is it me or does she look really different?! She looked like she was out on the piss not up in court. What a fucking state. Smashing over the head with a lamp whilst he slept?! Lucky she didn’t cause any lasting damage. Lock the bitch up, she’s a bloody danger!!

She desperately needed help but not sure she ever sought it.

This suicide is down to a whole lot more than comments on here and stepping down as Love Island presenter and being charged with assault.

While I wasn't her biggest fan, I'd never wish this on her and I hope her family can get through this together. It's desperatly sad.
