The facts are out there on camera, evidence of her admitting to escorting and pimping. Nobody can change those facts, not even the insta mums. If she was seen in the clip talking about the struggle and hardships of prostitution then she might be ok but with facts as they are and the glamorous lifestyle she is admitting to in the documentary she won’t be able to come back from it re: brand deals.

She will however get another book deal but unfortunately the cold hard facts are out there and not even the insta mums can save her from that.

It’s a really tickle industry, I worked in PR for 15 years and any criminal activity attached to a Brand is a huge risk. Pimping is illegal in the UK.

She had to remove a post yesterday that she had up which was an AD an more will follow no doubt.

She’ll get other deals more appropriate and another book deal for sure but things will change. Pampers etc won’t endorse.

From a PR prospective MOD has more chance of keeping deals as she hasn’t broken the law. It’s the way the tickle world of Pr works unfortunately

have never followed CB for any real length of time as she is really not my bag for various different reasons us won’t go into, but I get the distinct feeling that she may have leaked this herself. Did you know that the news media have’ take out the trash days’Ie when something big happens, they quietly leak some bad news to the press knowing that it will get less attention in light of everything else going on.

1. She is gliding over the pimp aspect which is not okay / much the same as they all do now though in a different capacity- exploiting vulnerable people for their own financial gain with seemingly no guilt over the consequences. All on a scale times 100.

The facts of life are that sex is big business, it will happen regardless of the law and whilst being a “pimp” is massively problematic, i do think that women running their own escort agency, with a history of escorting themselves is probably a safer option. Its not great no, but remember that the doc is a snapshot of time, clearly the agency didn’t take off as Candice turned to instafame. Its easy to dislike Candice especially with women like MOD pushing her (racist) rhetoric that Candice is “aggressive” (something no white instamum would be dubbed) but the fact is that Candices journey here is VERY different to the rest of the carbon copy instamums that have risen in popularity. I do think that MOD should carry some of the blame here and i do think we’ll see more of the dirt she has on the other instahuns drop as the weeks go on to deflect from her own screw up.

My interpretation of the documentary was different from yours. It was clear to me that Candice was the business owner (“entrepreneur”), what wasn’t clear was whether she provided frontline services (excuse the pun). Her business partner was upfront about escorting. Candice considerably less so. She looked much more like the string-puller, in my opinion.

Sorry but zero sympathy from me for cb. She was PIMPING out women in the doc and very very pleased about it too. Hey statement is completely disingenuous and reveals her as a lying, sneaky nasty woman. Her spin on it is to leave it at mods door and play the poor sex worker card. She knows there's no need to apologise for that, she's carefully hidden the fact she solid other women's bodies to fund her life.

I agree that her post on IG is very misleading. It certainly fooled me and I had been feeling really sorry for her, but now she comes across as a liar and not ‘owning her truth’, which is really disappointing.
IMO the comments Alice made regarding CB bringing everything back to race were racist and completely unacceptable. It may come across like that to a middle class, rich white woman but ultimately until you’ve walked a mile in someone else’s shoes there should be no judgement and what she said said reeks of the systemic racism in society - MOD / Alice doesn’t even realise she’s doing it and her words and point of view are part of the problem because she’s never experienced it. That is not an excuse for her behaviour btw, it’s a call to action for folks to educate themselves on these issues - especially given she’s a midwife in the NHS where the statistics regarding mortality in the perinatal period are shocking and she should be wholly aware of this and actively seeking change and improvement.

How do we know Candice was ever an escort in the past? She's lied so many times and it's quite possibly made up just to make her look better for selling other women's bodies.

The only thing we know is she was bragging on national TV about how much money she made from selling other women's bodies.

If I remember correctly from the doc which has now mysteriously disappeared, ‘Candy’ and another woman were ‘escorts and entrepreneurs’ who acted as Madams in an escort agency. This was from the time of that Billie Piper show about ‘high-class escorts’ so I suppose that was the influence. ‘Candy’ was also seen posing nude in a fur coat so, yes, absolutely on the game herself.

If anyone wants to see a REAL insight into prostitution, I recommend watching the BBC iPlayer documentary about Britain’s red-light district. It’s mostly drug addicts having sex for a fiver, being manipulated by men around them and sharing deeply depressing stories of childhood trauma. That is the reality of sex work for the vast majority of women around the world. Anyone who tries to glamourise it or promote it as an ‘entrepreneur’ is scum and a misogynist in my opinion.

This is what really bugs me too. It’s a really funny thing, because as a black woman myself I would see her posts/stories and they would enrage me. There are very few women of colour in the popular ‘insta mum’ tribe, and i hate the fact that she is the best we have for ‘representation’. She’s an embarrassment. She IS aggressive, some of the things she says are horrific and I feel that if a white woman said some of these things, there would be uproar. The ‘pulling throat out through vagina’ quote springs to mind.
Now with all this Pimp/sex worker stuff, I just cannot get my head around how she’s managed to spin this so well. I think the others are definitely intimidated by her.
