The Sugar Baby is off to Miami with her daddy, critiquing a class that she went to (believe it was a reformer type class), complaining about how it was more fast paced and less focused on form. Woman, perhaps you should have looked at what you were taking prior to you going into the class. I cannot take her seriously as a pilates instructor, when there are others out there (who are well-trained, credentialed, and are more respected) to follow- and are free!

I used to really like Bryony and her social climbing antics but now it’s so dull and repetitive. I dislike the way her gang all share eachother’s content - it’s so disingenuous the way they blow smoke up eachother’s bums!
I do love her whole aesthetic and I can see why women buy into it. She’s just very good at marketing and clearly now trying to have her USP as she concentrates on form, as all the instahuns are running to reformer classes like Karve!

This is a joke, right? Calling an uncertified Pilates instructor working under the guise of a social climbing sugar baby a fitness expert is a slap in the face to those who have genuinely worked hard to get there.
Have you seen her meal she just posted. One piece of smoked salmon and a dry piece of sourdough with some seeds. Even described it as fuel for a hike so god know what she eats on a. Rest day - nothing I imagine

I'm curious as to what business dealings that she has in Austin (apart from continuing to be Kaspar's sugar baby). I can't imagine spending all day everyday with your "daddy" for a month-long "business vacation." As much as I love my husband, after a few hours, I need a break.

She is a ag. Been around that block a few times. Sugar Daddy is paying so she will take it. She has no business in Austin. He will be working and she will just have to kick her heels until he gets back. Although I guess she can work virtually. I’ve seen him pick up a 20/25 year old in Soho House - Bryony is probably keeping tabs on him so he doesn’t run off. The girl was half black mixed race he picked up - just stunning and it was Soho House Mayfair - detail. Bryony you can question him now.

They called her out for how she prepares her matcha, otherwise I have not seen any criticism. It's hard to source ceremonial grade matcha, and at the cost, of course people are going to cut corners and get something inferior...but heaven forbid she has Oatly milk with her matcha. Elmhurst, which is one of the "Bryony-quality" brands of milk goes for almost $7 for a small container of milk.
The IG stories- so we can’t be bothered to fold and sort our wardrobe so we have to get two grown ass women to do it while you’re away. She also can’t be bothered to drink subpar matcha and MiLk
