I was waiting for this thread! A lot to unpack with this girl. I’ve followed her for a few years now. Noted she’s always had very ‘successful’ (rich) boyfriends. She def gives me gold digger vibes. Def some kind of ED going on here. She posted a dinner a while back and she said she had it regularly, it was literally 5 cubes of plain tofu, balsamic vinegar, spinach leaves and something else. Ridiculous. Never knew her new fella was founder of Joe and the juice. Why does she never post his face?! Is it because he’s ugly?! Guessing he must have a place in st Bart’s or something as she’s always there. Tbf that suits her down to the ground as she can do her videos anywhere. The last guy seemed like a bit of a poser, I did notice he suddenly disappeared off the scene very quickly. Also, notice rosie fortescue follows bryonys plan and is always posting about it on stories and she is looking hella unwell with it. The last picture I saw she was skeletal, very worrying

tries to make out she’s some big business mogul, but is ferried around by her sugar daddy who she’s not allowed to show much of, she spends most of the day looking at herself in a mirror or screen, exercising too much and eating too little……and she wants impressionable people to look up to her and folllow her!

go do something good with your time Bryony rather than wasting it eye fucking yourself, trying to climb the social ladder and no doubt ruining your body with too little food and too much exercise, this will all catch up with you one day and you will be nutritionally undernourished and the long term health problems you will gain from over exercising and under-eating will far outweigh the few years of trying to be someone you aren’t.

Hit the nail on the head. All for woman supporting woman and girl power etc. but it’s the fake/pretending she does that makes me unable to warm to her. Shes smashed it and has created something great, good for her but as a person, cant deal

They called her out for how she prepares her matcha, otherwise I have not seen any criticism. It's hard to source ceremonial grade matcha, and at the cost, of course people are going to cut corners and get something inferior...but heaven forbid she has Oatly milk with her matcha. Elmhurst, which is one of the "Bryony-quality" brands of milk goes for almost $7 for a small container of milk.

It drives me insane to see her not wear her seatbelt during her IG Stories, especially when she started Pilates after sustaining injuries after a vehicle accident. She should also reinforce the importance of safety when riding in a vehicle to mitigate serious injuries. I cannot take her seriously, and I’m sure not a lot of people do.

Another thing that bugs me about her is that her reviews of the products on her website and primarily from close friends and influencers- no one objective review was noted.

Also, this woman goes through Personal Assistants and Social Media consultants like it’s nothing. She had a PA named Yasmine that her equally moronic friend (and reportedly rude businesswoman) Talitha used for a while and she fell off the face of the earth.

with Bryony I think it’s the way she comes across all shy and softly spoken and all “hi guys I’ve done this”
But then in the next breath is scantily clad showing off her midriff at every opportunity and being all full of herself (not confidence, arrogance and smugness) and it really puts me off her.

it also puts me off her that she is friends with Rochelle, one of the most contradictory hypocrites on social media (and in real life).

Her being associated with Rochelle ruins it for me. I would have taken her seriously if she were more forthcoming about her training and her affiliation with other serious instructors (and not influencers).

Her friends are willing to sleep with their best friend’s fathers just to get a leg up, so I’m not surprised that her friends do not call her out.
