1. No, she didn’t. Last year, a woman whom used to work with her called her out on it and how she’s changed, but that post quickly got deleted.
2. 52 to be exact. She’s 31. Old enough to be her father; her last boyfriend is 48, but he was not Kaspar rich. His friends made fun of him for this and was one of the reasons why he dumped her (it was primarily because he got bored of her).
3. Her certifications have been challenged by some in the industry, but because of her aStHeTic and Sugar Baby status, she’s always going to have people defend her.
Who has challenged her on them, if you can say?

The tiny writing to meet this supposed chic aesthetic while is soooo annoying.

…and you were only single for a brief period of time in your 30s because you needed another rich boyfriend to fund your passion project.

Rochelle was not at the Cloudcha kiosk at Selfridges and Bryony was not invited Rochelle’s Ladies Who Launch kiosk. I find it weird that they have not been involved in either feature recently.
Added to that Rochelle had a My little coco collab thing today at Grind, it seems strange to arrange that for on the same day that Cloudcha is at Selfridges, and not be part of that. I wonder if she is invited to the wedding

What do you think of her teaching style and her classes?
Just intrigued as you know what you’re talking about and I always wonder if she is actually any good.
Tbh her teaching is good, it’s not strictly classical (which is quite tough so not really accessible for most people who just want to work out) and I do like that she signposts people over to her videos discussing form and alignment which is super important in Pilates. Overall I would say she has a quite mainstream style. Her body is definitely a pull for people who want to look like her but she seems very strict with her diet, although Pilates would also account for how toned her core is.

In a market that is already saturated with Matcha products, after seeing the ingredients, I do not see what makes this special. The up-charge solely because it is sponsored by Bryony and Rochelle? I was expecting it to have collagen or other fillers in it. Very disappointing, to say the least.

I imagine they will release collagen add ins etc in the future as a way to sell more

Doesn’t she have any old friends? They all seemed like people she’s been teaching rather than mates
Good point; outside of her circle of her rich students, she now hardly hangs out from her actual friends (if she has any left)
